Ancient Atlantis and Egypt – Quotations by Zen Master Rama, Dr. Frederick Lenz

Zen Master Rama, Dr. Frederick Lenz:

“Long before the advent of what scientists and scholars consider to be the beginning of human  civilization, there was an age undreamed of…the age of Atlantis. Almost all the people who lived in Atlantis meditated and had powerful psychic skills. During the age Atlantis, there were only several hundred thousand people living on our planet. They  lived in a sublime state of harmony with nature. At that time, because of the purity of the earth’s  aura, it was much easier to meditate. During the age of Atlantis, the low population density and the resulting purity of the earth’s  aura, made conditions ideal for discovering secret meditation techniques.

During the Atlantean Cycle, the earth’s aura, the invisible astral energy field that surrounds and  protects our planet and through which all psychic perception flows, was very pure The high-priests and priestesses of Atlantis had discovered many of the deepest secrets of the  universe. They had come to understand all about reincarnation, karma, and the innermost workings of  the Enlightenment Cycle.

Rae Chorze Fwaz was a mystery school. A mystery school is an occult order comprised of people who  study meditation, enlightenment and psychic and occult arts. During the time of Atlantis, members of the Mystery Schools discovered and developed specific  concentration exercises that they found would radically increase and sharpen their innate psychic  abilities. In Atlantis, children who were spiritually evolved from meditative practices in their previous  lives were brought to the Mystery School for training by older members of the Order who psychically  recognized them.

The high priests and priestesses taught the children the secret meditation techniques, along with  methods and ways of living that would increase their pranic levels and help them develop their  psychic skills. The members of the Atlantean Mystery School were the earliest human explorers of the frontiers of  inner space. Through their meditative journeys and explorations, they discovered many secret astral passageways that led to an infinite variety of other worlds and dimensions.

Atlantis was a highly evolved civilization where the sciences and arts were far more advanced than  one might guess. Atlantis was
technologically advanced in genetic engineering, computer science, inter-dimensional physics, and artistically developed with electronic music and crystal art forms. The old Altantean sciences from the tribe of enlightenment, of which there are only a few remnants  and chards left in this world, were medicine, law, computers, and the performing arts. Altantean medicine was evolved to heal, since healing is oneness.

In the Altantean civilization, law existed to create order, that is to say, to see justice was  done. In the old way, the law was equal for
all. Not the strong win and the weak lose. Who do you suppose invented computers? Speaking in terms relevant to you, in terms of earth  history, let alone other worldly history, the computer, of course, came from Atlantis. The computers in Atlantis were infinitely evolved as opposed to what we see today.  The science,  the technology, everything was really done with light. All processing was done with light, with  crystal formations and structures.  Electricity is much too slow. Why do you suppose that in the last 100 years technology has evolved a thousand times further than  it has in the last 3,000 years? It’s the level of souls that are incarnating; the older Altantean  souls are coming back. They have a natural affinity for communication, electronics, medicine, law  and media.

We live in an age that’s repeating itself endlessly. We’re getting closer again to the techno-chic  world we saw in Atlantis that occurs
in countless planes. It’s indigenous to enlightenment. There were many stages to the Atlantean civilization. During the later stages, scientists became  involved with advanced particle physics. In particular they were interested in reverse gravity  fields. Their experiments caused them to destabilize the structure of the continent and thus Atlantis sank  beneath the waves. Atlantis was destroyed by the greed of its inhabitants. In their meditations, the high priests and priestesses of Atlantis had been that the Atlantean  civilization was going to end cataclysmically.

They wanted to preserve and protect the mystical knowledge gained from their meditation practices  and pass it on to future civilizations they clairvoyantly saw were going to be born after the  destruction of Atlantis The members of the Mystery school, during the time of Atlantis, had psychically seen the subsequent  ages of darkness. The vibratory toxicity of these subsequent ages would make it impossible for reincarnating members  of the Order to go deeply enough into their other memories, without the secret techniques first. The night before Atlantis sank beneath the waves forever, the members of the MysterySchool set sail  from their doomed continent in twelve boats, headed for twelve different points on the globe. It was their intention to start twelve new civilizations similar to Atlantis in these locations.

Unfortunately, half the boats were lost in a great storm at sea, and many members of the six boats  that did make it to their destinations safely, were later killed by the very native people to whom  they sought to transmit their knowledge of the Atlantean sciences, arts and metaphysics. The only group of Atlanteans that was truly successful in transplanting their knowledge to a new  location was the group that landed in what is now Egypt. By the time the Egyptian civilization had begun to flourish, the earth’s aura had already become so  dense it was impossible to discover the secret meditation techniques.

To the great pharaohs it mattered a great deal to bury their treasures in the pyramids, which they  thought they would bring to the other worlds. But obviously it doesn’t matter to them now. They  went, the goods stayed. Isis, the Egyptian goddess of renewal is symbolized for the Hindus by Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva.  Brahma is the creator, Vishnu the sustainer, and Shiva the transformer or destroyer – the Cycle of  creation. The mystery school continued throughout the greater Egyptian civilization, which was the second age  of humankind and later on into the third age of humankind when the Indian, Chinese, Japanese and Tibetan high cultures flourished

Rae Chorze-Fwaz has preserved and passed on their secret meditation techniques in oral tradition  from the time of Atlantis until he
present day. Members of the Rae Chorze-Fwaz order trace their origins back through Tibet, Japan, China, India,  and ancient Egypt to the place the order was founded, the lost continent of Atlantis. The people to become enlightened in Atlantis lit the “flame of
enlightenment” on earth for the  first time. The members of the various mystery schools have kept the flame alive by passing on the  secret techniques for attaining enlightenment from the time of Atlantis to our present day.

The world has always been this way. I am sure in the mystery world of Egypt, ancient Atlantis, you  pick a cosmos – There is always somebody on your case. God, Atlantis was only yesterday. Let alone Los Angeles. Remember that incarnation in Los Angeles? You see, Buddhists are optimists. We never saw sunsets in Atlantis like we do now. We didn’t have  those great chemicals in the air.”

Transcendental Meditation

There’s no concentration involved with Transcendental Meditation. It goes by the natural tendency of the mind to move from one level of happiness to a greater level of happiness without effort. For example, if one is listening to music, and another, much more pleasing song is heard, the attention ‘effortlessly’ moves toward the more pleasing sound. This tendency of the mind is what takes place during Transcendental Meditation.

The instruction itself, although specific, simple and easy, is at the same time most subtle and abstract and requires a qualified, trained
teacher to impart. Learning Transcendental Meditation is like learning how to ride a bicycle. It’s experiential. It has to be experienced. Just telling someone how to do it, doesn’t accomplish it. The teacher is there to guide the experience. Once you ‘get the hang of it’, you’re on your own.

Meditation And Its Utility In Daily Life

Meditation is not for a few but is necessary for all human beings. The inner self of a person touches the Higher Self (the Param-Tattwa) during deep sleep daily. This unknown touch recharges the battery of man. So, when he gets up from his sleep, he feels that he is refreshed, full of strength and relaxed. This is a natural process for all persons alike. If one could not sleep properly, he feels disturbed and is in a sort of weariness. It is the experience of every man, whether he is rich or a beggar, a literate or an illiterate, an executive or a labourer, a farmer or a business man, a housewife or a huckster. So, every man needs peace, strength, ability to discharge his duties and for tranquillity of mind. So, a wonderful discovery of man is to keep his inner self in touch with the SOURCE in a wakeful state for longer periods continuously through specific type of systematic practices. This is called the art of meditation. And such a person is said to be a YOGI without any discretion/distinction of caste, creed, colour and country. Dhyanam nirvishayam manah-That state of the mind, wherein there are no Vishayas or sensory thoughts, is meditation. Whether oriental or occidental, Hinduism or Mohammedanism, Buddhism or Jainism, Christianity or Judaism, Shinto-ism or any other ‘ism’, the spiritual purpose and meaning is to lead an individual soul to the ecstatic communion with the Universal Divinity or ONE TRUTH, the SOURCE. A continuous flow of perception of thought is Dhyana-Tatra pratyayaikatanata dhyanam. It is the flow of continuous thought of one object or God or Atman or Supreme Source-Tailadharavat. According to Raja Yoga, meditation is the seventh rung or step in the ladder of Yoga. One cannot attain this state unless he knows the art of “Concentration”. What is concentration?-Desa bandhas-chittasya dharana. Concentration is fixing the mind on an external object or an internal point continuously, without interruption or break for twelve seconds. So, an aspirant has to develop himself in concentration, which itself is changed into meditation, if his state of keeping the mind focused at one object/point/subject continuously and spontaneously for 12×12=144 seconds. It is termed as ‘Dhyana’ in Sanskrit scriptures, which comes from the root ‘Dhi’. In English we generally call it ‘intellect’ which is the basic root with different derivations in different practices. However, ‘Buddhi’ (reasoning faculty) is said to be directly based on this root term; yet this term is used liberally by all systems of Yoga, which is central theme of all mystic techniques leading one to higher levels of spiritual consciousness with profound depths of spiritual expansion and takes one to God-realisation or Self-realisation. Meditation may be objective, or on qualities or purely subjective or one’s own breath. In objective meditation the Sadhaka meditates upon an idol or picture of his Ishta devata-may be Lord Shiva, Vishnu, Rama, Krishna, Christ, Buddha or any other god or goddess. For him, the idol is something alive, vibrating with supreme reality, omnipresent, omniscient, omnipotent. He may meditate upon the beautitude, the qualities, the activities of his Ishta-devata. Or he may meditate upon the all-pervading pulsating Supreme Energy which is within him and without, permeating everywhere. This is subjective meditation. Similarly on his breath while inhaling and exhaling with MINIMAL SILENCE. All meditations are good; what counts is the intensity and unbroken continuity of meditation.

Vedanta, Yoga and Meditation

It is well known that Vedanta, yoga and meditation have become very popular around the world. However, it is to be noted that they have their source in the eternal Vedas and Vedic Hindu literature. Vedanta refers to not only ending portions of the Vedas but also the essence of the Vedas that emphasize the spiritual knowledge (Jnana). Vedanta deals with the relationship between the God, universe and individual soul. Although there are several Vedantic approaches such as Advaita, Vishishtaadviata, Dvaita etc., they all refer to the Vedas as the transcendental authority and Bramhan as the Independent and Ultimate Truth (Bramha Satyam). Important qualities
such as devotion, compassion, forgiveness etc are emphasized for spiritual development. The need for an acharya or guru is essential in understanding and practice of scriptural guidelines. The important role of karma has to be understood. Thus Vedanta through the
Prasthanatrayi, namely Upanishats, Bramhasutras and Bhagavadgita has become the universal and eternal philosophical foundations of Vedic Hinduism. The Bhagavadgita is a shastra (scripture) for both Bramhavidya and Yoga.

It is important to note that yoga and meditation have their roots in Vedas and Vedic literature. Vedanta and yoga are the theoretical and practical aspects in the pursuit of realization of Bramhan. The sole purpose of yoga is the realization of original and normal state.
Yoga is not merely restricted to poses and acrobatic postures with impressive demonstrations. The Katha upanishat, Bhagavadgita and Patanjali’s yogasutras are some of the important major references on yoga. It is to be noted that the Ashtanga Yoga of Vedic Hinduism is a systematic approach to reach the spiritual goal of original and normal state of bliss. Ashtanga yoga means eight-limbs of the yoga. Meditation is the seventh step in this approach. The eight-fold Ashtanga yoga briefly consists of Yama (self-control) and Niyama (disciplines) dealing with practices related to physical and mental disciplines. Asana deals with the practice of physical
postures integrating the flexibility of the body and breathing patterns. Pranayama deals with the control and regulation of Prana or vital forces. Pratyahara deals with the practice of withdrawing the consciousness from the multiplicity of thoughts and directing it toward the inner-self. Dharana deals with the development of the ability of the mind to focus and contain a sacred object. Dhyana is the meditation or continuous concentration on the sacred object. The nature and quality of the object of meditation is extremely important. The continuous concentration is compared to that of an unbroken flow of oil and non-flickering flame of a lamp. These seven steps lead the seeker to Samadhi referring to the level of original and normal state and super-consciousness. The
order mentioned in this Ashtanga yoga is important. A yogi who has realized and is established in this original and normal state is able to provide genuine guidance as a sadguru or acharya to the sincere and devoted seeker. Ashtanga yoga through its scientific and practical approach deals with all aspects of human development such as physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual
development. In the words of a seer-yogi Sriranga Sadguru, ” The customs and habits, the dress and ornaments, the manners and etiquette, the conceptions of right and wrong and of good and evil, the learning, literature and the various arts like music, the political
thoughts, views regarding all action and the consecratory ceremonies, etc., of the Indians (Bharatiyas) are all permeated like the warp and woof by Ashtanga Yoga.”

The Gymnast’s Way to Total Fitness

You know, the more I think about it, the more it seems that my ideals of “fitness” are more in line with those of gymnasts than any other sport or physical discipline. So just what’s a gymnast’s physical training like?  I mean, besides the obvious, gymnastics itself…do gymnasts run (or jog), do they lift weights?  Do they do yoga, or yoga-like sessions?

Why aren’t there books on how to get healthy like a gymnast?  Seems to me those folks have the best of all worlds: flexibility, explosive
power, and speed!  What they do requires intense, absolute strength (what I like to call instantaneous strength) and endurance, aerobic strength (or strength over time, I say), in addition to the extreme suppleness of a cat — nay, a serpent!

Imagine Arnold Schwarznegger as a circus acrobat…that’s how a gymnast looks to my layman’s eyes! So how can I get like that?  That’s the model of physical fitness for me!  Total physical fitness, functional strength, speed, endurance, and flexibility!  I know that gymnasts start very young, but I’m not looking to be a gymnast, I just want to know what aspects of their particular physical training can be adapted for a broader population, for a broader definition of overall fitness.

Anyone ever done that?  ”Better Health Through Gymnastics” or “The Total Body with Gymnastics”.

Self-interest and natural desire: how to understand the Vedas

Self-interest is inherent in man.  It cannot be seen; it can only be understood.  Self-interest has two forms, which may be described as natural motive and deliberate motive; and the conflict between them may be seen in the discussion that goes on within us.  But the
discussion has its purpose too; and it can modify natural motive as well as desire.  Natural motive precedes discussion; and it is not only an intelligent, but also a good, desire that can be associated with the idea of sacrifice. There is a common law of life applicable to all animals, because there is no essential difference between them at any time; and their similarity of behaviour is due not to similarity of motive, but of nature. Natural desire comes first, and the idea of its purification afterwards. Lower animals are characterized by an urge in respect of primary and not secondary actions and objects; and there is little difference in their milk, which is easily effected by time.

Yoga Food Recipes

It is a collection of sattvic, vegetarian recipes. Sattvic food is vegetarian food that also does not contain garlic, mushrooms, onions chocolate, etc.  It is recommended for yoga practitioner because it is  good for the body, mind and spirit.  Its dates back to various Hindu beliefs (or found in Hinduism and elsewhere). Not eating meat comes from Ahimsa – non-harming, so not killing.
Vegetarianism is common in Hindus and Buddhists and Jains at least (Sikhs too?).

Mushrooms grow in dark places, leading to suspicion. After all, if energy comes from the sun how can Mushrooms get good energy? So the thinking went. If you think in terms of “sun-power” (Prana, like Chi but Indian not Oriental) then you’ll note that the Prana you get from animals is second hand so supposedly not as good quality. For further understanding we look at a view of the world described in
Sankya philosophy which can be found in the Bhagavad Gita, a very well known Hindu scripture. The ‘Gita says that the world is made up of three different types of Prana or ‘Gunas’. As a system of categorisation it’s an interesting alternative to good versus evil.

Sattva – things that are pure. Things that lead to nice settled state  of being/mind. Hence “Sattvic diet”.

  Rajas  - Fiery, rushed

  Tammas  - Slow, lethargic, stuck

Everything generally contains some mix of all three acting together in interesting ways, though typically one will be dominant. It can describe people’s state of mind, people’s motivation and according to yogis it can describe food in terms of the effect it has on you. Thinking of motivation it can lead to interesting questions. Is evangelism Sattvic, Rajasic or Tammasic? Does it depend on the intention of the person doing it? If we focus entirely on intention than how do we factor good intentions being wrong? Do we assume that if someone is acting out of real Sattva then this is less likely? I think Hinduism teaches that and maybe there’s evidence in the real world to support it.  It is noted that we tend to move from Tammas through Rajas to Sattva as we develop.

Back to food, it is noted that eating too much makes you lethargic, so it is Tammas.  Eating meat can also do this so is also Tammas. Nowadays we know that anything that makes your digestive system work hard makes you feel tired. Also I wonder if just contentedness of being full. We note that stuffing ourselves is not actually a good feeling, though it can be hard to resist presented with so much nice food. There’s a recommendation to eat to half full of food plus a quarter full of water.

Eating too fast is Rajas. We’re meant to eat slowly, enjoying and appreciating our food – something we don’t do much of nowadays. It also has the advantage that we feel fuller on less. Excessively hot food is also Rajas. That seems to be a case of what you’re used to, but in saying that things like Onion and Garlic are Rajas they’re saying that these things upset the balance. Garlic’s actually quite good for you, and onion is quite nice.

I personally go for a balanced diet with some meat and fish but not too much. Those big food pie charts you get in doctors’ surgeries are a good place to start.

Action, motive and the soul the method of interpretation

Let us inquire into the laws of action with reference to the soul, and understand the nature of motive in action and meditation.  The cause of action is the desire to obtain some satisfaction; and, as this desire serves the purpose of the soul, the soul is concerned in each action; for the result belongs to the soul, and without it there can be no action. But this applies to animate and not inanimate objects, which serve the purpose of living creatures and impel them to action; for it is a self-evident truth that the soul cannot engage in action by itself. It is necessary to understand the nature of purpose in action.  A person who is in a state of uncertainty or divided opinion, cannot
act; and so there must be a definite purpose before he can act. Desire means that there is such purpose; and it implies dependence as
well as attachment. There is diversity of purpose and action; nevertheless, all things meet and mingle in the world; and this is symbolized by the formation of curd out of milk as well as by Nature or Prakrti.

Mature Sex – On Basic Human Rights

Human beings do not have a right to interfere with a person’s right to sexuality. Sexuality, and one’s capabilities to experience erotic sensations, and orgasm,  are just as much a part of a human’s
capabilities as thinking, hearing, seeing, speaking, talking, tasting, touching, smelling, and sensing. No one can regulate what you can think, hear, see, say, talk about, taste, touch or smell, and no one
can regulate what you are capable of experiencing, erotically and sexually. It is up to each individual to decide what he or she will think, do, say, listen to, and so on, and it is up to each individual to decide for themselves what they will or will not experience, erotically, and sexually.

For others to interfere with this is beyond the scope of their responsibilities. If an eighty year old woman wants to experience sex, than by all means, she should be allowed to experience sexuality and
eroticism. If a child wants to experience sex, than by all means, he or she should be allowed to experience sexuality and eroticism. It is much like tickling. No one can outlaw tickling, and no one can outlaw sexuality, and erotic fulfillment.

Acknowledging that right of young people to experience their potentials for sexuality, sensuality, and eroticism, and giving it to a young girl or to a young boy so that she or he may experience sexuality, sensuality, and eroticism, will lead to a normal, well adjusted, well socialized individual. Denying them their rights, will result in a personality that is maladjusted, unsocialized, twisted, warped, and distorted.

If I want to eat pork and beans, no one can stop me from fixing myself a dinner of pork and beans. If I want to experience sex and eroticism with an eighty year old woman, than no one can stop me from doing so. If a young girls wishes to experience sex and erotic touching with a boy, than no one has the right to interfere, as it is beyond the range of their responsibilities to do so.

There are brain systems in females’ vaginas. They determine who has permissions to do what. They function in sync with their main brains, but their jobs are specialized. They can communicate with the brain systems of a male’s dick and scrotum, and between the two of brain systems, the one of the female and the one of the male, they can figure out who has permissions to do what and who does not. The female is in charge all the time, and it is up to the female to decide what she wants to do, as she is the superior being in our universe. Males have muscles, and some brains, but that does not make them the
superior being in our universe. The females brains are more complex than the male’s brain systems, as the female has the task of raising, and nurturing a baby. The brain systems involved in that are far more
complex than any brain system in the male body. That makes females the superior being in our universe as she has greater mental capacities than do males.

If you respect a woman strongly enough, then that woman’s brain systems in her vagina will grant the permissions needed to sex. It does not matter what the age of the person is. It can be a very young
child, or it can be an eighty year old woman. The female baby and the woman both have brain systems in their vaginas that give permissions and it is not up to unrelated human beings, such as government
authorities to interfere with the decision making processes of the female.

How does a male know what his permissions are as granted by the female? If a relationship gets started, it is up to the female to use her brains and brain systems and inform the male of what his permissions are. The male must then comply. If the male uses the meditation techniques, he will eventually develop his sensitivities to the point that he can understand through his dick brain systems whether or not the female is willing or not to give him permissions. If the male lacks respect for the female, he shouldn’t
expect to be given permissions to penetrate the female vagina. Once the penis is inside the female vagina, the male can use further use the meditative techniques and try to sense and understand where the female is coming from, and whether or not she is willing to give the male permissions and to what extent she is willing to give permissions.

If a female has doubts as to whether a male has a strong enough sense of respect for the female, she should use the meditative Hindi erotic sex techniques that I’ve explained about, to try and sense whether the male senses respect for her or not. If she finds that the male does not respect her, than it is up to her to tone down the activities, and bring the sessions to a halt, and then to find another, hopefully, more suitable partner. This is the basis for a bonding and lasting, worthwhile relationship with fewer upsets to the relationship. The two persons, once they find out they are matched up well, can then go on to invite other couples into their group, and repeat the same meditative practices to see how well they match up, of to see if they do not match up.

It should be made into law by the United Nations that every person, no matter what their age, has a right to experience their potentials for sexuality, sensuality, and eroticism, just as it is every person’s
right to think, hear, speak, touch, see, and smell. That we live on a planet that is ass backwards and does not know or recognize basic human rights, such as the right to self-euthanize oneself, they similarly do not recognize the rights of every living being to enjoy their potentials for sexuality, sensuality, and erotic
enjoyment.

This is to be expected in the oppressive, warped and twisted minded atmosphere of today’s societies, that are influenced by the big three, monotheistics, Chistianity, Judaism, and Islam. This is a wake up call to all persons and all persons associated with governments and the United Nations around the world in any way what so ever.
