Mysticism – Psychic Self-Defense – Quotations by Zen Master Rama, Dr. Frederick Lenz

Zen Master Rama, Dr. Frederick Lenz:

“You never seem to hear about psychic occult attack in spiritual literature.  This knowledge has been conveniently forgotten. Innocence does not protect you from the evil designs of others. In addition to innocence, we have to have knowledge of good and evil.People have power and it is very important to respect that. Everybody’s had thousands of lifetimes, and who knows what anyone has learned in a lifetime. Respect not fear. In the universe, there is darkness and light. We call this duality. When you seek knowledge and power, there are forces and people that will oppose you.

Not everyone is your friend. When you are psychic you tend to forget that others don’t view life the way you do. Psychic beings are childlike, delicate and easily destroyed. To not realize that everyone we think about affects us psychically, to not realize that life is a field of power, is criminal, in my opinion. If you are a sensitive and evolved being, it is simply criminal. The souls now incarnating are power souls. It is a dark age. To incarnate now one needs psychic self-defense. We have developed psychic powers in other lives. Now we have many problems because of it, many voices in the mind due to this crowded earth.

When you become empowered everyone becomes interested in you. If you just develop your psychic ability and not learn psychic
self-defense, you become more sensitive, open, and vulnerable. Avoiding things that drain you is more important than gaining energy. While it is possible to create all your own energy, most people feed off the energy of others. If you could see on multiple planes of attention you would be astonished! Energy is food. Most people on earth feed on each other’s energy, all of the time, seven days a week. The more energy you have, the more interested parties there will be in having lunch. You must consider that there is opposition from other human beings and also non-physical forces that don’t want you to succeed.

Why do people want to drain your energy?  So they can party in other worlds after death, where pleasures are a thousand-fold.  It is a fast game.  Human beings are powerful and skillful. People who drain others have a certain world they want to get to when they die, and you’re their ticket! Manipulators are very evolved. Energy is food. Forget good and bad. Is the coyote bad and the rabbit good? Many souls thrive on the life force of others…you are lunch! There are primarily two ways people can drain your energy. They can get
you to want them or what they have or they can get you to fear them. In order to drain you they must get into your attention field.

It is possible to take energy from someone else. This is usually done in close, emotional sexual relationships. In sexual contact a doorway opens between people, and it is very possible for someone to be abusive at that time with energy. If one party is trusting, it is very easy during sex for the other party to format someone, to put thoughts in their mind, to jam their consciousness or attention, to lower their energy or just take power from them.

Sexual energy becomes problematic if you use to enslave someone, to demoralize them, to hurt them, to wrap them up. The way most people use sexual energy is to hook somebody, to wrap them. Some people use the sexual energy particularly during intercourse to
take personal power from each other. Love can be used to drain people. Through eye contact people send a cord out to drain you long distance. Through sexual manipulation, anyone who can make you like them can drain you. The only people who can really drain your power effectively are people you are very close to, you are open to, you love, or people you are afraid of, you fear.

If someone has something you want, they can wrap you – they can make you think that they’ve got something that you have to get from them. They’re the exclusive source. They are the only one who can make you happy. People we are emotionally open to and close to affect us more than most people realize. If you are emotionally open to people, you will find yourself experiencing the mindset of others. The people that hurt you are the ones you love because you are the most open to them.

You have no idea of how many people have control of your life.  Make lists of people you trust and love and constantly examine the people in your life. Who do you think of first in the morning?  Good manipulators do it in the dream plane. The morning practice of meditation increases the aura to ward of negative energy. Meditate before bed if you are being attacked psychically. It is a dangerous assumption to say that people who drain energy “don’t know what they are doing.” People are sophisticated aware beings. Don’t
sit around and equivocate; they’ll drain you more. Be honest! You are not going to want to admit energy loss. Someone is
making it hard for you to look. If you are dumb enough to be drained by people then you are fair game.

Some people like destroying for the hell of it; they love destroying beauty; they try to feel those people and then crack the egg. Most people, without consciously realizing it, absorb a great deal of psychic energy from the people they casually associate with, and even a
greater amount from people with whom they have strong emotional connections. People will try to block you. Some will do it just for pure hostility. But most others are just afraid of themselves. Human beings fear light and knowledge and power. There is a weird
quirky sort of think that happens with people. When you log on to the truth and you start to become it, it threatens them because they live with countless falsehoods. People project a grey energy that is very destructive to weaken you, so as to be drained, just as the snake uses position to capture its victim.

People seek to put you in an off-balance situation so they can get to you.   Psychic people, people who meditate, are more susceptible; they are more open and sensitive.  It is easier to jam them. People can insert thoughts into your mind.  This is more dangerous for
psychic people.  Use concentration exercises and read to combat this; boredom is an easy way to be drained. Fear can be used to get into your attention. Any way a person can get you to think of them, allows them to drain you. The signs of psychic draining – we call aging. The way people age is not the way people age; everyone is draining everyone. If you drain others energy a lot, you don’t want to see this because you do it yourself; but remember, it’s real easy to manipulate a manipulator.

If are in a situation with too many people in your life and you want to go into higher attention, look in the mirror. You are being blocked. Do something about it. It might be hard. Be conscious of the way people take your energy and learn how to stop
it. Accept that this goes on. Observe how you feel around other people. Don’t always talk about your life, where you live, interests -
people learn from your vibratory form and can get inside you. Plus those relationships where you know everything about each other are boring!

Be careful of someone who starts asking a lot of questions about you. Start asking a lot of questions about them. Turn it around. In our culture we are taught to be accessible and open; it signifies a good person.  In mysticism it is the opposite, people can scan you and
drain you. People hold an image of you and project that image when they feel you are changing. Disappear for a while. Break up your routines. If you suspect someone is draining you, generally you should not confront them but be nice, relax them, and then see what they are doing.

When you see someone draining you, your being naturally cuts it off. Yet many times you can be manipulated not to see. Keep some of your attention on your navel center when you are in a situation in which you feel your power is being drained. You will find that you will keep your power tighter, you won’t lose as much. At the umbilical region we actually network with people. Picture that
you are cutting those cords to everyone you know. It doesn’t mean you don’t love them; you are just cutting down on the negative energy pickup from people. How can you tell if you are draining someone?  How far have you gotten into their life?  Are they dependent upon you?  Are you thinking of them negatively?  Does your energy drop when you stop seeing them? If someone confronts you about draining them it could be a “double reverse.”  They are draining you and accuse you instead of draining them, just to throw you off.

If a spiritual being is naive to the lower aspects of the world, they usually are killed or die young.  Did Jesus really know which of the
twelve would betray him? I doubt it. You can talk to one person for five minutes and be sick afterwards. You can be totally physically drained because their aura is so low. You can talk to someone else for an hour and just feel fine. Practice mediation and concentration exercises, and begin to think more about regaining your sensitivity by avoiding draining situations. Not because of fear but because of intelligence. Our purpose in this life is to gain the view of ourselves. Otherwise, we are total slaves to others who psychically drain us, abuse us.

Who Was Rama? – Rama the Teacher – Quotations by Zen Master Rama, Dr. Frederick Lenz

Zen Master Rama, Dr. Frederick Lenz: “If you think it makes a difference if I have ten thousand sports cars, ten million girlfriends and lead a very flashy life…I don’t think you should work with any teacher because you don’t know what it is all about yet. I’m a Zen Master. I’m an occult teacher. I teach people how to become that, how to be perfect. I think the most miraculous thing is learning. I get out of the way and let the students learn. Then you get to watch this amazing thing happen. I am a teacher because teaching allows me to observe the universe at work, that moment when wakefulness suddenly occurs. While I am here I would like to experience as many of the beauties of the world as possible and help others to do the same.

Since there were others, a long time ago, who were kind enough to give me a hard time and allow me to study with them, I try and express the same Buddhist courtesy. I just felt that it was my responsibility, since so many people had taken the time to help me along, to do the same for others. I teach meditation and the pathway to enlightenment because I know that there are other people who, like I did a long time ago and continue to, want to climb that mountain to the highest light. I don’t believe in anything, yet I believe emphatically in almost everything. It all depends on what seems appropriate at the time. I am an expert in the world of the supremely happy because I am happy. I’ve never met anybody as happy as I am. That, in itself, should make you unhappy. I personally have fun with enlightenment, the study and the teaching of it. I get a kick out of doing it different ways because I don’t think there is a “way”.

I have often discussed the Four Noble Truths and the Eight Fold Path in talks I have given about meditation. But, since I also teach Hindu, Buddhist, and Taoist mediation, I have a very eclectic approach to the subject. One evening you may learn about enlightenment, koans, meditation and personal power. I may discuss contemporary cinema, how to shop at a mall without losing energy, how to use the power of mind to increase career and academic success, the Zen of sports, reincarnation, karma, sex, the experience of “suchness” or a new book by Stephen King. I teach Zen, tantric mysticism, jnana yoga, bhakti yoga, Tibetan mysticism, occultism and psychic development. I also teach poetry and literature, film and many other different things. I am very interested in the enlightenment of women. Very few teachers of advanced self discovery work with women, and if they do it’s usually in a very second handed way. They treat women as second class citizens. While I enjoy teaching people on the basic and intermediate levels to work them up to advanced levels, my real talent is for the advanced students. You could say that I’m like a ninth-degree black belt in martial arts. The way advanced meditation is taught, the way I teach it, the way all enlightened people teach it, is through transference. We transfer light and power to someone else.

Transmission does not have to take place physically. The student doesn’t have to be sitting across from you. But it’s easier if they are because the vibration of the teacher is strongest in the physical proximity of the teacher. Many of the people I work with I’ve worked with in other lifetimes. I moved to California because I knew that many of my students from past lives were in California. I’ll go to a city, a school, and give a lecture because I can feel someone there. I inwardly see first their is someone there who is waiting. Where they’ll show up or not, I don’t know. That depends upon many factors.. I was a traditional teacher for a time, but my students would ride the energy. I wanted to free people not give them a placebo. I can take an individual and I can change their awareness. That’s easy. But how long will it last? Their whole life will begin to shift, from their first physical contact with you. Sometimes their immediate reaction is to want to run away because they realize inwardly that the transpositions their life will go through will be remarkable, change everything.

Part of them has grown very attached to a certain way of life. I’ve moved a lot of my students into a high state of mind, but they don’t do the things I have shown them how to do. So then, they drop down into a lower stage of attention. Some come to a teacher for power. They still have all the desires, angers and jealousies of an unevolved person. Consequently, they become destructive both to themselves and to others. I no longer teach meditation, only software design. I’d love to find some people to teach advanced meditation to. I’ve been looking for many years. There are a few around. Once in a while I run into another one. It’s a very limited league at this time, in this world. When someone says to me “I want to be enlightened.” I immediately take a vacation because I know that the person isn’t serious. If I ever write an autobiography about teaching meditation in the West, I’ll call it “Pissing In the Wind – Teaching Buddhism in America”. It’s very funny.

People do not want to achieve liberation or be happy. This is the basic guideline they teach you in spiritual training school. People love misery, they love to feel sorry for themselves and they definitely don’t want to be enlightened. That’s the first thing they tell you at boot camp, in the higher worlds. Don Juan in the teachings of Carlos Castaneda makes the same point. You have to fool people into seeking knowledge. People will not do it of their own volition. There are some great stories in The Second Ring of Power about how Don Juan and Don Genaro found their apprentices and what they went through to fool their students into seeking light. I’ve never met anyone who’s serious about enlightenment. The next best thing is to work with those who are not quite there yet to bring them up to that level. If you want to be liberated, if you choose to be what I am, then you’ve chosen freedom. You can do this. That’s my sole purpose in life is to sit here today and tell you that you can do this, in any life. You can do this in one of your past lives, in a future life, or right now. I prefer now. I select people to work more closely when they are prepared to, and I see that. They don’t have to tell me. I know. I will give them a task of some type, and that task becomes the koan between us. A teacher had two types of students. One type of student is a close student. The other is also a close student, but not in the sense of physical proximity. The close students rotate a lot. Most of the teaching I do is not verbal.

It’s in every movement of my body. It’s in my dance. It’s in the way I lift a glass of water. It’s in my voice tone. It’s in every aspect of my life – because it isn’t my life any more. When I sit with my students and meditate with them, I channel the kundalini directly into them. I bring them to plane after plane of consciousness. What they would do in 100 years of meditation, I can do in an hour with them. The kundalini comes in two primary forms when it comes forward from a spiritual teacher. The highest octave kundalini is the golden light which occurs in the supraconscious; it is the supraconscious. It’s what they call Sat Chit Ananda – existence, consciousness, bliss…full consciousness. The mystical kundalini is very different. It is a much more intense transformative energy which, when used, allows a person to make tremendous spiritual leaps in a short period of time. The mystical kundalini is something that I normally use when we’re on field trips, when we go to a place of power.

The mystical kundalini is aided by that place. For most persons, the mystical kundalini energy is easier to initially perceive, unless you’re extremely sensitive. It’s more of a rush, a flash. There’s an electric quality to it, a burning heat. There’s lower mystical kundalini and higher mystical kundalini; there’s ranges within the range. The mystical kundalini energy has some, I don’t know if you’d call them limitations, but there are certain operational factors which you should understand about it. When you are subjected to this light, depending on how strong the dose is, you will have two or three days in which you can make tremendous changes within your self, in the structure of your being. This light unglues the formation and structure of the being for a certain period of time. It will reassemble automatically.

After two or three days, the door will close and you will not be able to make those changes as easily. A human being can only absorb a small amount of the mystical kundalini, you can be exposed again and again to it, but it won’t really make a difference. The higher octave light that comes from samadhi, the kundalini of samadhi, this you can absorb continuously. You can never overload. It can never hurt you. Neither is detrimental, but the mystical kundalini is a bit more raucous. Not all teachers utilize both forms of light. In certain circles, those teachers who can manifest the light of samadhi but not the mystical light have put down the mystical light. They have said this is a lower level. Ridiculous! They’re really both the same light, just two different forms. If you had to pick between one or the other, I can’t say which one is better, but I would certainly say, in my orientation, the light of samadhi is all-pervasive. Samadhi will free you. Samadhi is the highest octave spiritual light. Not the best, but the highest octave.

Who Was Rama? – Rama the Buddha- Quotations by Zen Master Rama, Dr. Frederick Lenz

There are beings that descend from other cosmic cycles that drop by for a while. Humankind has no idea what existence is, at this stage. They’re all dreaming; they’re all asleep. Once in a great while a fully awakened one is here, observes everybody is sleeping and leaves, quietly. There are different worlds, endless worlds, and different beings come from different worlds. In my particular case, I come from the stillness, that world. We call it the dharmakaya, the clear light of reality. I know it quite well.

I am billions of years old. I don’t come from this earth. I come from another world far away. Some of you have been there also in one life or another. You see that star? The world I come from is just a little to the left and further up. I travel from world to world, teach as I go, fighting battles with the forces that prevent enlightenment. I’m part of an ancient tribe of guardian beings who have a particular
job in the universe. We keep the dimensional planes open. We guard the secret power places that exist between the dimensions. We send our beings out, and they incarnate in a world, some physically, some not physically.

The network of enlightenment is a group of beings who travel through time and space and dimensions together. It’s really one being, but it divides itself into countless forms and winds its way throughout the universes. I come from the plane of unity and the plane of enlightenment. And I’ve come into this world, into the world of diversity, to talk about unity. What world is this? They gave me a travel brochure. I’ll never use that travel agent again. What a place! What an incarnation! I don’t know about you but I am getting out of here soon.

God, Atlantis was only yesterday…let alone Los Angeles. Remember that incarnation in Los Angeles? To think I was on the Phil Donahue Show, talking about reincarnation. What a place to be born into! This is my last incarnation on Earth. I’m trying to get all my old students out with me. I’ve had it. That’s the score. Who am I? I am enlightenment. I come from a place far, far from here.
Far not so much in a geographical sense; it’s a sense of awareness. I live in a world where there is nothing but the miraculous. There is
nothing but continuous light. There is nothing but continuous perfection. That is the world of enlightenment.

I have been enlightened for a long time. In each incarnation, I come into the world to be of service to beings who seek knowledge,
empowerment, and enlightenment. The first time I experienced Tantric Buddhism in this lifetime was when I was a child. I was sitting outside in our backyard on a summer day and suddenly the whole world dissolved before my eyes and I found myself in a timeless world of light. It didn’t seem at all unusual or strange.

I know a lot of secrets. I think that is because I have been around a very, very, very long time, a lot longer than you! You learn a few
things in those tens of thousands of millions of lifetimes. I’d like to pass a few on to you. I can fulfill wishes you can’t even imagine, and do all the time. Most people don’t have very large wishes. They’re very mundane so they don’t tax me even, with the powers that I have. Because I am enlightened, I can directly see the essence of anything I choose. I can know its perfection with just a little bit of study.

People wonder sometimes why I can do certain things with energy and light and appearances. My answer is obviously I realize that this is a ridiculous dream I’m in.  Since I realize it, I can probably do just about anything I’m in the mood to do. All of the experiences that all beings throughout all universes have ever had or will ever have cannot possibly equal what I feel in limitless mind because they are all limited experiences and transient planes of awareness. Within milliseconds I shift through thousands of planes of reality.
Seeing and experiencing them? No, not really, being each one.  For a moment, I am that awareness.   Then I am another awareness and then another awareness.

I’ve lived in worlds where there are three or four suns. We had incredible sunsets, beautiful. But they weren’t more beautiful than
here, if my mind is more beautiful in each life. I live in worlds that you don’t understand. My mind is one with eternity. Where I come from there are no sunrises and sunsets, there are no todays and tomorrows and yesterdays. There’s none of this. There’s no duality. It’s a timeless, perfect, extant, non-bonding reality. I have gone through the process of enlightenment. Thousands and thousands of times I have been cast into the white light of eternity, dissolved, re-formed. I am that stateless state.

Yes I say that I am enlightened. What does that mean? It means I live in a condition of light.  There really is no primary self anymore. A few years ago the thought came that I was an incarnation of Vishnu. I treated that thought as I treat all thoughts; I pushed it away and continued to meditate, until this morning when Eternity gave me my new name. I am not the Rama who was alive many years ago. Rather I am an incarnation of that type of energy which in Hindu mythology is associated with Vishnu.

We’re at the end of a cycle. At this time, Vishnu takes incarnation as a person.  Vishnu is that aspect of God that preserves and protects
life. Rama is the last incarnation of Vishnu. I am Rama, the last incarnation of Vishnu. You people think that I am a person, but I am not.  Over the years I watched my various selves fade away. Gods and goddesses are not what people think they are. Their names are
terms with which we try to convey a certain experience, a state of consciousness. I want to make an important point now. It’s critical that you understand that I am not special and that what’s happening to me is not special. It just is. If you don’t understand this very important point, then you’ll be taken out by what I’ve told you and exaggerate its meaning all out of proportion.

The molecular structure of my body had changed and keeps changing. I’m not solid any more. Nirvikalpa samadhi, it just happened to me…and not to me. There are moments of mindlessness in meditation. There are feelings and scenes that cannot be described in words. The universe spills through me; it dances through me. Only about a tenth of the powers have returned. More come back every
day. Twice last week I walked on water. If I believed there was a physical, I could not do this. It’s like gliding. You walk just above the physical. Only walk or live this way if you have a terrific love for existence. Then you can walk on anything.

This is not because I am so great or so wonderful; it’s just the way it works. I’m not particularly great nor am I particularly wonderful, yet I’m capable of doing some very interesting things. I am no longer a single individual. Naturally we can do amazing things as we extend ourselves into the super-consciousness. We are not longer human in the sense that we can do impossible things, impossible from the eyes of those who still don’t know their own limitlessness. I have nothing against inter-dimensional travel, as a matter of fact, I do it frequently. But I learned to do it safely and correctly. Who am I? No one knows. I would never show anyone who I was or what I
am. I have been around the universe too long for that. Let’s just say that I am someone who has come into this world for a while, like we all have.

Only a part of me will go back to Los Angeles, a larger part of me will remain in the desert.  When you no longer have desires or attachments to this world, you should look for me out here in the desert. One day you will be like I am. You can’t tell yourself from God. There is no difference anymore. You become existence. You have merged back with the source. Yet you will still be a person with eternity expressing itself though you as a person. So this is Rama once again, out the door and into another state of mind, slipping and sliding between realities, stepping through those inter-dimensional vortex points, somehow coming out as someone else on
the other side.

I comprise multitudes, even though some days I can hardly add or subtract, and you think it’s all so great! You’re right; it’s all
great. Perfect attention, there is nothing else. All of these words are ridiculous. They don’t describe the fathomless wonder of what infinite mind is like. These are the secret teachings. Now you understand why they are kept
secret. No one would take them seriously!

Every body knows KUNDALINI but!

Everybody has some sort of book knowledge about KUNDALINI. But they do not reflect the main point.
1- Kundalini is just a name explaining that we are all SLEEPING GIANTS!

2- If we try to be aware of our sleep, and get up, then KUNDALINI shall rise !

3- Kundalini does not move thru SPINAL CORD, as she only moves within SUSUMNA.

4- SUSUMNA NADI is not within spinal cord, as it is within our PRANIC BODY.

5- Why Kundalini sleeps within the root chakra?

6- Why she goes up to SAHASRARA CHAKRA?

7- If it goes down to root CHAKRA again what does this mean?

8- There are levels that after awakening  we keep these levels,at the TOP, there is TOP LEVEL,only there the FLASH LIGHTS.

There are many scaring stories about KUNDALINI AFFAIR, but non of them are right. They are all scenerios, scaring stories, unrelated stories, imagined stories. People having mental problems think that their KUNDALINI is moving!!! Actually there is no relation at all. All we need to know about KUNDALINI AFFAIR is to be aware of the fact that we are SLEEPING GIANTS,if we try to be awaken from that sleep, then our KUNDALINI shall rise, from the lowest level and move to the TOP level. To be awaken means to know ourself,to start answering some questions that we were not able to answer previously. So KUNDALINI is the name of starting to be awaken from our sleep, and STARTING TO KNOW OUR DARK SIDES thru the window opened within us. Do not try more than this, if you do, you will waste your time, and get into imaginery situations, like day dreams.

This is just for beginners ,certainly all the others know better than this.

PRATYAHARA – By Swami Sivananda

The Yogic student should practise Pratyahara after getting some success in the practice of Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama. Pratyahara is abstraction or withdrawal of the senses from their objects. The senses are held in check by this practice. Real inner life begins when the aspirant is established in this practice. That Yogic student who jumps at once to the practice of meditation without practising abstraction is a deluded soul. He will have no success in contemplation. Pratyahara checks the outgoing tendencies of the senses. It puts a break, as it were, on the senses.

Pratyahara follows automatically the practice of Pranayama. When the life-force is controlled by the regulation or restraint of breath, the senses become thinned out. They are starved to death. They get emaciated. They cannot hiss now when they come in contact with the objects. Pratyahara is a trying discipline. It is disgusting in the beginning but later on it becomes very interesting. You will feel immense inner strength. It demands considerable patience and perseverance. It will give you tremendous power. You will develop immense will-power.

During the course of practice, the senses will run again and again like a wild bull towards objects. You will have to withdraw them again and again and fix the mind on the Lakshaya or point. That Yogi who is well established in the practice of Pratyahara can meditate quite calmly even in the battlefield when countless machine-guns are fired.

In the practice of Pratyahara you will have to drag the outgoing senses again and again from the sensual objects and fix the mind on
your Lakshya or point, just as the cart-driver drags the impetuous bulls and fixes them to the yoke. You must take particular care to
drag the senses gently. Some aspirants draw them vehemently. That is the reason why they experience a little headache sometimes.

You should practise withdrawal of the senses one by one. dealing with the most turbulent senses in order. If you try to manipulate all the senses at one time, you will fail. Mind is the commander-in-chief. The senses are the soldiers. The senses cannot do anything without the co-operation of the mind. If you can disconnect the mind from the senses, there will be abstraction of the senses automatically.

If one has intense Vairagya, practice of Pratyahara will be easy. Dispassion is the enemy of the senses. Some Yogic students practise
Pratyahara for 2 or 3 years and yet do not attain success, the simple reason being that they have not yet fully annihilated the cravings
and lurking desires. They get themselves attached to some sensual objects. Discrimination helps a great deal in attaining success in
Pratyahara.

A Bhakta or a devotee does not practise Pratyahara. He tries to get himself drowned in the Prem of the Lord. He attempts to fix his mind either at His lotus feet or charming face. Consequently he gets established in Pratyahara. A Raja Yogi practises Pratyahara
deliberately. A Jnana Yogi does not practise Pratyahara but tries to identify himself with the hidden Self in all objects by negating the names and forms.

Ask Yourself: What Do I want?

The most important question to ask yourself is, “What do I want?” It means asking this at the highest level of your desires. There may be many things you want in the external world, but here you want to have a key principle that you, yourself are seeking at the deepest level of the inner chamber of your heart. It needs to be your word, not just that of somebody else, something that was read in some
book, or is popular in the culture. If you say you want meditation, enlightenment, Self-realization, or to know God, when that word or phrase does not really excite you personally, deeply, then it will not serve you at all. You will just be parroting something you feel you are supposed to be wanting, even though you really don’t.

Choose a keyword for yourself, some word or phrase that really captures the spirit of what you are longing for. It’s probably hidden
deep in the inner world, underneath all of the seemingly countless other desires and words that have been programmed in as acceptable, proper desires. It’s a longing that has been there a long time, a very long time. It was probably there in early childhood. It was with you in adolescence. It is still there. But what do you call it? What is that single word or phrase that draws you back to that felt
longing.

Just by having that word or phrase drift through your mind field, that deep memory is no longer latent, but stirs in wakefulness with a
passion in the heart. There is a certainty about the purpose of life that suddenly emerges with clarity. Find that keyword that works for you and never, ever let it go. Write it on little notes around your house; maybe even on your arm, under your shirt. Be innovative in the ways you constantly remind yourself of this one keyword that captures the highest level of what you want out of life. It is your word, your phrase.

It may contain the many other lesser ways of saying the goal of life, or the steps along the way, but this one, this keyword or phrase
pulls you, draws you to the stance where you know who you are and you know where you are going. How to get there will emerge, on its own, through effort, and remembering your own keyword that captures the highest answer to the question, “What do I want?”

Spaciousness

When liberation or enlightenment and meditation is mentioned, you will usually hear terms like stillness, silence, spaciousness, etc.  They are something you would feel.  Spaciousness.  An enlightened being is aware of spaciousness; something not normally even noticed although always present.  Some teachers say it is because we focus on and identify too much with what is “not-Self” and therefore can’t notice the “Self” that is always present.

In an analogous experiment, get a glass filled to the brim with water. Where is the space?  Can you sense it?  When you empty the glass it is easy to see the space, but it was only the matter and our concepts about matter that impeded our ability to sense the space.  Each atom is mostly empty space.  Each molecule also has empty space.  Matter is mostly empty space – something you might remember being told in school.  One could recognize the space in an empty glass and a full glass, for there is little “real” matter that separates the two.

We are the same.  The Self is always present – as some call it, spaciousness.  The problem is that we are focused on what is not Self  the little bit of matter and form.  We identify with our bodies, our minds, our possessions, our troubles, etc, etc.  What lies underneath all this is spaciousness.  The enlightened feel this spaciousness and realize the Self that is always present.  Be aware of space.  Boxes, cups, bowls, pipes, etc. are only useful because of their “empty space”.  The space around you and within you – from our normal prospective and the space at the atomic level.  You can feel the spaciousness in your hand – it is mostly space after-all.  This space is the same space found outside your physical form as well.

It is like the light of a projector when you are watching a movie. With all its varied forms, it is all still really the same light underneath it all.  You could identify yourself as one of the characters on the screen and think anything that is not this character is not you and separate from you, but in reality all is one and the same light.

BACK TO DHARM – PARIVARTAN OF VANAVAASI BANDHU

Around 2,000 tribal men and women from different villages in South Gujarat, who had converted to Christianity, re-embraced Hinduism on Monday evening at a religious ceremony sammelan) at the Shivaji ground in Tapi district. They took an oath by the fire in the presence of Jagat Guru Acharya Narendra Maharaj and submitted affidavits that they won’t convert to Christianity ever again in the future. The people had started gathering at the venue since Sunday night listening to the Jagat Guru’s teaching before re- converting to Hinduism at the ceremony a day later. Narayan Solanki, a disciple of Narendra Maharaj in Tapi district, said, “There are many disciples of the Maharaj working in different villages of Vyara, Dharampur, Songadh, Mandvi, Ahwa-Dang, Vasda and so on. They visit these places and interact with the tribals who have been baptised earlier by various missionaries and convince them to return back to Hinduism.”

According to Solanki, the Maharaj also runs an ashram at Naneej village in Ratnagiri district of Maharashtra. It was after a visit to one such ashram that they became motivated to become his disciples. “We visit different villages and persuade those, who have been baptised, to come back into the Hindu fold,” said Solanki.

Giving details about the sammelan (ceremony), another disciple, Mahipal Thakur, said, “We have been working for the sammelan for the past few months and contacted tribals in various villages, who had become fed up with Christianity. These tribals gathered on Sunday night at Tapi district. They were provided with food and accommodation, and later they met the Maharaj during the night. On Monday, they assembled at the Shivaji ground where the Maharaj gave a religious sermon. Many of the tribal men also cut off their hair and took oaths, while all of them gave thumb impressions on the affidavits saying they have willingly returned to the folds of the Hindu religion.”

Deputy Collector of Tapi district N S Halbe said, “The organisers had taken prior permission to hold the sammelan. The district officials visited the venue and have submitted their report about it to me.”

Action, motive and the soul the method of interpretation

Let us inquire into the laws of action with reference to the soul, and understand the nature of motive in action and meditation.  The cause of action is the desire to obtain some satisfaction; and, as this desire serves the purpose of the soul, the soul is concerned in each action; for the result belongs to the soul, and without it there can be no action. But this applies to animate and not inanimate objects, which serve the purpose of living creatures and impel them to action; for it is a self-evident truth that the soul cannot engage in action by itself. It is necessary to understand the nature of purpose in action.  A person who is in a state of uncertainty or divided opinion, cannot
act; and so there must be a definite purpose before he can act. Desire means that there is such purpose; and it implies dependence as
well as attachment. There is diversity of purpose and action; nevertheless, all things meet and mingle in the world; and this is symbolized by the formation of curd out of milk as well as by Nature or Prakrti.

Sexuality Is One Very Beautiful Form Of Spirituality

Sexuality lets you experience an altered mind state that allows you to rise up above the mundane world we live in to appreciate higher levels of consciousness. A person’s spiritual health, and sexual health are as important as each persons’ emotional health, mental health, and physical health. Not only that, but drinking the sexing juices of your sexing partners on a daily basis will help you to come out of depression, and problems like panic disorder or anxiety disorder will gradually disappear. You will begin to feel your good sexual health, and that carries over to better emotional health, and mental health, as well as to physical health.

Why is it then, that prostitution is outlawed, and people, men and women are thrown into jails and prisons for engaging in sexual acts related to lifting up one’s level of spirituality? In some countries, people are even stoned to death, or sentenced to death and murdered by the government for engaging in sex. This is as ass backwards as was the Roman Catholic church’s inquisition or the Salem witch burnings were. Yet, people blindly accept this as the norm. The only reason it is outlawed, is because the big three
monotheistics, Christianity, Judaism, and Islam do not want people sexing freely, and they have always placed negative stigmas on people who sex freely or who sex as they choose and have persecuted them.
Societies, follow in line with this basic thinking, that sex is “bad”, or “dirty”, or “filty”, or for “animals” and not for “intelligent” human beings.

How did it get this way? It got this way because the big three monotheistics, Christianity, Judaism, and Islam, that condem sexing with any one other person than your spouse. In our world, we need to change our understanding about sexuality, and we need to understand it as a form of spirituality to bring about a
more humane society, not to mention, a level headed society, with bug- a-boo, phoney and empty religions completely out of the picture. That means, we need to destroy the religions that condem sexing and that allow people to sex for purposes of baby making, only.

It has got to stop, as people are living in a spiritual void, and it is a no win situation for them, labeling people as ‘perverts’ or as ‘sexual predators’. This is absolutely absurd. Except in cases involving force, and violence, these need to dealt with in a court of law in line with laws related to human aggression, such as physical assault. Sex needs to be understood for the beautiful and wonderful
thing it is, pure spirituality and meditation

Destroying the Catholic Church, Christianity, Judaism, and Islma, is a clear needed first step. Next, we need to educate people about the true worth and value to our spiritual health and to our romantic
health, as well as, emotional, mental, and physical health that sexing provides to us.

We are in a dark age, and this dark age, seems to be going on, and on, with wars in Somalia, other frican states, Iraqi, Afganistan, Serb Croatia, Bosnia, and many more places around the world. Next, we need to understand the value of each individual, and understand that each individual is a potential treasure house, bedecked, or adorned with jewels. The jewels each person is adorned with, are her or his potentials for erotic sensuality, and sexuality. The very body a person lives in, is her or his treasure house.

How do we do this? I mentioned before in a note about what the proper mandala is, or the “object of worship” that we focus on during religious activities, such as in Buddhist groups, such as the Nichiren
Buddhists do, and in Tibetan Buddhists groups, which all have as a part of their religious cultures, mandalas. The proper mandala is the living human being, and all her or his sexual organs, primarily. In worshipping a living human being, and all her or his sexual organs, a sense of piece of mind will begin to
develop in the minds of people who participate, and erotic, sexual arrousal will become heightened in your self, as you practice “people worship”. All the energies produced, then help to synchronize your
life with the charming, graceful elegance of each human being you worship.

We evolved down a line of promiscuously fucking ape people, and this helped to lead to our awakening, spritually, and mentally, as intelligent human beings. Now, with all the backwards emphasis on sexuallity, such as labeling people as “perverts”, or as “sexual predators”, we are headed back down, a destructive path, where there is no spirituality. Thus the wars that never end, the crime that is every where, marriages that turn bitter and fail, and general human relations, which are generally in the pits. An approach to the worship of human beings, I have outlined, before, so I’ll paste it to this message for those who may have missed it.
