A Tantric Yoga Exercise To Empower Women And Girls

A woman straddles a male’s tummy, chest, or his neck, or straddles one or the other of the male’s thighs, nearest to his groin, or the female male lies back and has him place his head between her legs, with the
top of his head, touching her vagina, firmly. She can also sit firmly on his shoulder as he lies down, or she can sit on his ankle. Alternatively, he can lie on his stomach, and the female can straddle his lower back, or upper back, or his buttocks above his crack. She needs to sit above his crack, as there is too much sexual, erotic energy coming out of his butt crack, that she will begin to become sexually over whelmed. We don’t want that at this point. We want her to feel in control, but not sexually overwhelmed. She will slowly begin to feel in control as she quietly sits on one of these locations. She can also sit on the males forehead, above his brow, or the eye brows. These places are good places to sit, and there are a
few others, such as on an area of his back arm a top his muscles in his arm, or his wrist, or even on the back of his hand, or on the palm of his hand.

The reason she does this, is because there are energies emanating out of these points, and they make their way up into the female body, and to her brain, and she slowly begins to feel the male energies fill her
up, and she begins to feel more confident, and more in control. Some areas are better than others, such as directly above the chest bone, and directly above the center point of his collar bone. Or, on his
back side, directly above the area which on the other side of his body is his belly button. She can also sit on and straddle the pelvic bone, above the dick, with the dick, slightly below or south of her groin.
She can face southwards, towards his feet, or northwards towards her head.

The male lies quietly, and allows the energies to flow up into the woman’s vagina, and groin, and her butt hole, filling up her body, till her brain becomes filled with his energies, and her body becomes full up with his energies. This will lead to the woman feeling stronger than the male, that is, she will begin to fell in control. More than one woman can do this, if the male is strong enough and patient enough to allow the women, two or three, maybe, to do this. If the male is very muscular, as some males are, he can support more than three females, but he won’t quiet as many energies to go around, and the time it will take for the women to feel in control, may take a little longer.

After the woman gets to feeling in controlled, she will feel a sense of empowerment. To further this, she needs to sit on the male’s hard dick, either vaginally, or anally. If she sits on his hard dick, anally, she should wash out her butt hole with fluids to wash out any fecal matter, to clean out the rectal cavity, before hand.

After her sitting on the males body, for a period of time, her rectal cavity will loosen up, slightly. She should take advantage of that, and go to the toilet, and poop out what she can, and then return, and
continue sitting on the male. Her massaging her butt hole / groin, while sitting on top of the male, will hasten her butt hole’s loosening up. Digital stimulation of the butt hole sphincter ring, the butt hole muscles that keep the butt hole closed, when not in use, will also loosen up the butt hole.

The male sits there, quietly, and when the female feels she has a sense of control, she can then change positions to sit atop, and over the male’s hard penis. The male must lie there, not moving his pelvis,
and he must let the woman sit on top of his dick, as he lies there, quietly.

The woman will want to sit, quietly, some of the time, and at other times, she will want to flex the interior muscles of her vagina. She should not rise up and lower her hips, to stimulate the inside of her vagina with friction. And if she is sitting with her butt hole over the dick, with the dick up her butt hole, she should practice squeezing her butt hole muscles, tightly, holding them tight, then loosening them, then squeezing them, and so forth, and, again, she should not move in a manner that would raise up and lower her butt
hole over the male’s penis, causing internal friction. She may move in a rotating manner, and change her position, every now and then, from facing south, to facing north, or facing east, or facing west. What
ever is comfortable for her and her partner. This is very important that she uses squeezing techniques, and not up and down, frictional techniques. It leads to a stronger sense of control.

It is also important that the male be healthy, and that he is able to maintain a hard dick, for as long as possible, without ejaculating. If he ejaculates, he can switch out with another male, until he has
recovered, and his dick becomes firm again. With practice, the male will begin to be able to last for longer periods of time, without ejaculating.

As the female sits on the dick, squeezing, and loosening her vaginal muscles, she will begin to feel erotic energies, that will lead to her orgasming. At times, the vaginas of some women will begin to throb.
Throbbing is a pulsing of the muscles or the vaginal cavity. If she continues long enough, she will eventually pass out from intense orgasming.

Her body has filled up with the male’s energies, and her body and brain have become so tightly packed with them, that they will cause her to loose consciousness. The woman or girl will also begin to feel empowered. That is, she will feel a sense of superiority over the male who she is dominate over, so
long as he sits or lies quietly, and allows the woman or girl to follow the exercise routine, as explained above.

After she passes out, or becomes so orgasmic, that she is semi-unconscious, she may loose her balance, and lean to one side, until she finds herself, resting sideways, on the floor. At that time, she can be lifted up, by her friends, other women, and men, who can help her into a comfortable lying position, on a bed mattress, or on a carpet.

This is a yogic but also tantric school exercise. It requires patience on the part of both participants, as it takes many hours for the female’s body to fill up with male energies. Her own erotic energies, in some cases, days will be required. Her erotic energies will also help this along, but it is primarily the
male energies that pack into the female’s body and brain, and cause her to pass out. The female’s energies tend to pack into the males’ body causing his body and brain to fill up with them. He may also pass out, after ejaculating, from being overwhelmed by the amounts of female energies that pack into his body and brain. After she has taken her turn, the next female can then take her turn
atop the volunteer male.
