Yoga is considered as an art that provide benefits and strength to our body, inner spirit and mind. It is an ancient practice which was originated inIndiaabout thousands of years ago. The Puranas and Upanishads written by Aryans during post- Vedic and late-Vedic periods have references about yoga. A systematic written approach about yoga was found in yoga sutra written by Patanjali. It was written about two thousand years ago. This book clearly depicts the principles of the yogic discipline. This text is considered as the important one regarding the yoga and it spreads the importance of yoga around the world.

Yoga is considered as a spiritual and physical exercise. Through yoga we can attain enlightenment and physical and mental refreshment. Yoga is basically categorized into four different groups. They are Raja yoga, Bhakti yoga, Karma yoga and Jnana yoga. Yoga is considered as an important part in some religions such as Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism. Contemporary yoga consists of a large number of principles and most of these principles are taken from these religions. Hinduism believers consider yoga as a method of getting closer to almighty. For Buddhists it is believed that yoga will help them to achieve a higher grade of wisdom.

Eight stages of yogic disciplines are illustrated by Patanjali. They are Yamas, Niyamas, Asanas, Pranayama, Partyahara, Dharana, Dhyana and Samadi. Yamas deals with abstentions and restrains. Niyamas deals with surrendering the ego, purity, contentment and study. Asanas is related to exercises or physical postures, Pranayama to breathing control, Partyahara to withdrawal of senses and Dharana to concentration of mind. Dhyana means meditation and it will provide a relaxed mind which is free from external interferences. Finally Samadhi means an attainment of a super conscious state. For some yoga practitioners the ultimate goal is to attain Samadhi. It is considered as complicated mental state. In this state a person can achieve ecstasy.

The main goal of yoga is to attain physical and mental fitness. Thorough yoga it is able to relax our mind and body. It will enhance our physical and mental functions. People in western region considered yoga as a method of self-improvement and refreshment. Yoga will help us to achieve full control over our mind and body. Yoga will keep our body strong and healthy. The different yoga postures will strengthen your muscles in feet, shoulders, hands, legs and abdominals. Breathing exercises in yoga will increase your flexibility and supporting tendons, joints etc. People suffering from rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis will definitely get an improvement by practicing yoga.

There are some athletics forms of yoga which will help us to improve our endurance. Bikram yoga, power yoga, asthanga yoga and vinaysa yoga are some of these. Yoga strengthens and stretch your neck and back muscles and so it will provide relief from chronic neck and back pain. Vedic Yoga Training Instructor Seeking Student

Vedic yogic training instructor looking for female student. Any age is okay. Minors are not allowed by law even though this would seem to violate their right to practice religion, freely. Body type or style does not matter. Weight training with light weights, and aerobic Taichi can be practiced, along with walking exercises for those in less than prime health. Expect to spend most of the time in training naked, in the tradition of Indian yogics. This allows for the transfers of energies from the body of one person to the body of the other person, through close body proximity, in both directions. This transference of energies assists in the resynchronizing of each person’s life, which along with meditative practice, results in a change of karma, or present and future destiny.

In my non-traditional form of Vedic yogic practice, expect to spend many hours, doing very little, except for the yogic posture, breathing excercises, and the accumulating of energies in your body, that arise from both inside of your body as well as from filtering in from outside of your body. Timed breathing excercises are a help, and will be used to help build up the volumes of different types of energies that will accumulate and store up inside of your body. Talking is distracting to the mind and will be limited to that needed for participating in the activity, itself.

Energies will eventually fill up your entire body, and then you will begin to experience mind and body altering states of ecstasy as this yogic practice sets off mechanisms in your body producing enormous, overwhelming, wonderful, erotic energies based responses. This practice takes much training, and you can expect results in anywhere from several hours, to several days, to several weeks, to
several years, depending on how healthy you are, what your karma is, and how much time you invest in this Vedic, an Indian Religion, yogic practice. Lose fitting attire is preferable for those who are not comfortable naked.

I am experimenting with Chinese herbal remedies that I make that balance out hormones for achieving a healthier, more erotic state of health for greater productivity. It can take several weeks of use of these herbal remedies for significant and noticeable, total body sexual and erotic health improvement.

This practice is for bringing out all of the erotic and other energies inside of a female and from inside of the male and then using them for reaching higher states of mental and spiritual attainment and awareness. There is no sex of the kind typically seen in male and female relationships. The erotic energies generate from within your body, and from within your partner’s body, and you exchange these energies, through special yogic postures and meditative excercises. Your bodies are wellsprings
of these energies.

On the basic level, getting started, there are simple excercises that involve merely the exchange of energies, by sitting or lying in comfortable positions, and in close proximity to one and each other. There are tiny port holes in people’s bodies that energies travel through. The point or goal is to send and filter as many of the different energies your body generates as possible through these port holes into each other’s body where they will then find their way through the nervous systems and through the energies channels that energies travel through to the brain. As the body fills up with these energies, this results in major orgasming that is very purifying and that helps to resynchronize the person’s life.

This harmonizes your life with the cosmic life of our universe, and it sets and redirects your life on a new direction, off the present path of possible misery in your life to a path of less misery and of less misfortune. The meditative practices help to tune your mind into cosmic sources of wisdom and knowledge, after many years of practice, which when utilized, helps you to make the right decisions in life.

It can take several hours or even days for enough energies to filter into each other’s body, to begin to experience anything, depending on the state of health of each person. The female, after she learns the basics, from the trainer or ‘guru’, is appointed in charge, once she knows and understands the system. She then leads the excercises. The male is there to serve the female and to follow her instructions as she is more intuitive than the male is and can lead and manage the yoga session much better than the male can.

The female body is full up with brain systems more so than the male is, and that makes her many times more competent than the male. Through this yogic and meditative practice, the male tries to focus in on the female brain systems, and the female tries to focus in on the male brain systems, allowing for a deeper understanding of the life of the female, and of the life of the male, and of perceptions in
general. Thus, it is a sort of female leadership and empowerment religious practice that may take years to learn and master completely. When the female learns the system, male dominance is completely subliminated. The male becomes or strives to become completely and totally submissive, subordinate, follows the directions of the female, and shares his energies with her, in exchange for the cooperation of the female and her sharing her energies with him.

One result of this religious practice is that the female proves she is the superior being in our universe, as she is equipped with more brain systems in her body than is the male and this is proven in daily practice with each other. You may or may not find that several hours of patient, mindful, controlled, meditative sitting, in various yogic postures, is especially to your liking, if you are keen on, or interested in typical male and female sex or conversation. There are meditative techniques that I can teach you, that you will find interesting. This is also something I need a person to practice with to help me to validate. I have been practicing and perfecting this meditative yogic discipline for nearly two years, or so, by myself, so now I am at the next level, and need to validate my new religious practice with someone else.

I consider my home a ‘dojo’ which is Japanese for a practice hall. Another way of saying it is, over the course of more than two years, I have been perfecting this practice, and this environment, my home, is a suitable environment to practice in as the energies here, are very pure, and in sync with the harmonic energies of our universe.

First off, I don’t charge a penny for my lessons in Vedic yoga. It’s a mutually undertaken path to a higher spiritual plane of experience. I can’t and won’t charge for something like that. This yogic system I call Vedic yoga, but it is more complex than that. There is a lot of meditation involved. The techniques for the meditative practices are not those you will typically find explained about by persons who practice meditation. Vedic yoga is an exchange of sexual, physical, mindful, and many other types of energies that female and male bodies produce. Females produce many more times energies than males do. Females are capable of producing vaster quantities and many more types of energies than males are capable of producing.

Many hours are spent, developing the different energies that females can produce. These energies fill up the male body with energies that the male has never before experienced. Males, on the other hand, produce energies that females do not produce. The energies males produce are energies related to the male’s human capacities, mentally, physically, psychically, and so forth, and they are related and can be understood by both participants as energies that express his inferior place or status in life, subordinate to the female, as worker, protector, and assistant of the female.

Energies that are generated by both individuals must be exchanged with each other. There are many techniques for exchanging energies. I can teach them, but it takes many long hours of patiently working with each other, sitting quietly, in close proximity with each other, as well as meditating at times, to achieve the fullest and most useful results. This is not a system of yoga for physical fitness, such as I suppose Hatha yoga is. It is for spiritual fulfillment and for empowering females and for helping her to realize she is the superior being in our universe, while at the same time, it is for socializing males, that is, teaching males that they are inferior beings, inferior to females, and it is for training males to be submissive, subordinate, respectful, kind, and more courteous to the superior female.

It takes many long years for a full transformation to come about, in the minds and actions of both the female and the male, but little by little, as the lessons are practiced and learned, the transformations will take place, improving female to male relationships. It is a total life training program, and the more time you can spend doing it, the better. This religious practice may be different from anything you have ever before been familiar with.
