Ancient Atlantis and Egypt – Quotations by Zen Master Rama, Dr. Frederick Lenz

Zen Master Rama, Dr. Frederick Lenz:

“Long before the advent of what scientists and scholars consider to be the beginning of human  civilization, there was an age undreamed of…the age of Atlantis. Almost all the people who lived in Atlantis meditated and had powerful psychic skills. During the age Atlantis, there were only several hundred thousand people living on our planet. They  lived in a sublime state of harmony with nature. At that time, because of the purity of the earth’s  aura, it was much easier to meditate. During the age of Atlantis, the low population density and the resulting purity of the earth’s  aura, made conditions ideal for discovering secret meditation techniques.

During the Atlantean Cycle, the earth’s aura, the invisible astral energy field that surrounds and  protects our planet and through which all psychic perception flows, was very pure The high-priests and priestesses of Atlantis had discovered many of the deepest secrets of the  universe. They had come to understand all about reincarnation, karma, and the innermost workings of  the Enlightenment Cycle.

Rae Chorze Fwaz was a mystery school. A mystery school is an occult order comprised of people who  study meditation, enlightenment and psychic and occult arts. During the time of Atlantis, members of the Mystery Schools discovered and developed specific  concentration exercises that they found would radically increase and sharpen their innate psychic  abilities. In Atlantis, children who were spiritually evolved from meditative practices in their previous  lives were brought to the Mystery School for training by older members of the Order who psychically  recognized them.

The high priests and priestesses taught the children the secret meditation techniques, along with  methods and ways of living that would increase their pranic levels and help them develop their  psychic skills. The members of the Atlantean Mystery School were the earliest human explorers of the frontiers of  inner space. Through their meditative journeys and explorations, they discovered many secret astral passageways that led to an infinite variety of other worlds and dimensions.

Atlantis was a highly evolved civilization where the sciences and arts were far more advanced than  one might guess. Atlantis was
technologically advanced in genetic engineering, computer science, inter-dimensional physics, and artistically developed with electronic music and crystal art forms. The old Altantean sciences from the tribe of enlightenment, of which there are only a few remnants  and chards left in this world, were medicine, law, computers, and the performing arts. Altantean medicine was evolved to heal, since healing is oneness.

In the Altantean civilization, law existed to create order, that is to say, to see justice was  done. In the old way, the law was equal for
all. Not the strong win and the weak lose. Who do you suppose invented computers? Speaking in terms relevant to you, in terms of earth  history, let alone other worldly history, the computer, of course, came from Atlantis. The computers in Atlantis were infinitely evolved as opposed to what we see today.  The science,  the technology, everything was really done with light. All processing was done with light, with  crystal formations and structures.  Electricity is much too slow. Why do you suppose that in the last 100 years technology has evolved a thousand times further than  it has in the last 3,000 years? It’s the level of souls that are incarnating; the older Altantean  souls are coming back. They have a natural affinity for communication, electronics, medicine, law  and media.

We live in an age that’s repeating itself endlessly. We’re getting closer again to the techno-chic  world we saw in Atlantis that occurs
in countless planes. It’s indigenous to enlightenment. There were many stages to the Atlantean civilization. During the later stages, scientists became  involved with advanced particle physics. In particular they were interested in reverse gravity  fields. Their experiments caused them to destabilize the structure of the continent and thus Atlantis sank  beneath the waves. Atlantis was destroyed by the greed of its inhabitants. In their meditations, the high priests and priestesses of Atlantis had been that the Atlantean  civilization was going to end cataclysmically.

They wanted to preserve and protect the mystical knowledge gained from their meditation practices  and pass it on to future civilizations they clairvoyantly saw were going to be born after the  destruction of Atlantis The members of the Mystery school, during the time of Atlantis, had psychically seen the subsequent  ages of darkness. The vibratory toxicity of these subsequent ages would make it impossible for reincarnating members  of the Order to go deeply enough into their other memories, without the secret techniques first. The night before Atlantis sank beneath the waves forever, the members of the MysterySchool set sail  from their doomed continent in twelve boats, headed for twelve different points on the globe. It was their intention to start twelve new civilizations similar to Atlantis in these locations.

Unfortunately, half the boats were lost in a great storm at sea, and many members of the six boats  that did make it to their destinations safely, were later killed by the very native people to whom  they sought to transmit their knowledge of the Atlantean sciences, arts and metaphysics. The only group of Atlanteans that was truly successful in transplanting their knowledge to a new  location was the group that landed in what is now Egypt. By the time the Egyptian civilization had begun to flourish, the earth’s aura had already become so  dense it was impossible to discover the secret meditation techniques.

To the great pharaohs it mattered a great deal to bury their treasures in the pyramids, which they  thought they would bring to the other worlds. But obviously it doesn’t matter to them now. They  went, the goods stayed. Isis, the Egyptian goddess of renewal is symbolized for the Hindus by Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva.  Brahma is the creator, Vishnu the sustainer, and Shiva the transformer or destroyer – the Cycle of  creation. The mystery school continued throughout the greater Egyptian civilization, which was the second age  of humankind and later on into the third age of humankind when the Indian, Chinese, Japanese and Tibetan high cultures flourished

Rae Chorze-Fwaz has preserved and passed on their secret meditation techniques in oral tradition  from the time of Atlantis until he
present day. Members of the Rae Chorze-Fwaz order trace their origins back through Tibet, Japan, China, India,  and ancient Egypt to the place the order was founded, the lost continent of Atlantis. The people to become enlightened in Atlantis lit the “flame of
enlightenment” on earth for the  first time. The members of the various mystery schools have kept the flame alive by passing on the  secret techniques for attaining enlightenment from the time of Atlantis to our present day.

The world has always been this way. I am sure in the mystery world of Egypt, ancient Atlantis, you  pick a cosmos – There is always somebody on your case. God, Atlantis was only yesterday. Let alone Los Angeles. Remember that incarnation in Los Angeles? You see, Buddhists are optimists. We never saw sunsets in Atlantis like we do now. We didn’t have  those great chemicals in the air.”

Who Was Rama? – Rama the Person – Quotations by Zen Master Rama, Dr. Frederick Lenz

Zen Master Rama, Dr. Frederick Lenz:

“I live in the constant newness of aspiration. Whatever I think, I ignore. Whatever I feel, I don’t trust. Yet I listen to my thoughts and
follow my feelings.I think I’m on an angle. I’m on an oblique angle through all of existence. In my very early childhood, when I was only 3 or 4 or 5, I would enter for many hours into meditative states in which the world would become light and energy and I would transcend the boundaries of the senses. I was sitting outside in our backyard on a summer day, I was around six, and suddenly the whole world dissolved before my eyes and I found myself in a timeless world of light.

Several hours later, I heard my mother calling me to come into the house, and it never occurred to me that this was an experience that
other children didn’t have on a regular basis. When I was quite young they sent me to Catholic school. The nuns taught me that the best thing you can do in life when things get difficult is to work. Originally, I was interested in athletic pursuits like snowboarding, martial arts and surfing. When I went to the Himalayas and met a number of Buddhist monks I was introduced to a new way of looking at life.I started to meditate formally at about 18. I would sit on a mountaintop in Southern California around twilight and focus on my third eye. Everything would become still and rings of light would appear, and I’d go through them. I would be beyond time and space. I was initiated as a Buddhist monk at the age of 19, but I think that initiation is simply a starting point.

I first went into samadhi when I was 19. I was meditating in the mountains and had been meditating on a daily basis for several years.
Suddenly there was no time or space or life or death or myself or the Universe. I was absorbed in light. I began to go into samadhi, not just occasionally, but every day many times a day until I reached a point where I could no longer distinguish between ordinary and non ordinary reality. For me it is all the same. I am in a state of continuous absorption in the Self. My travels to the Far East occurred primarily during the 1960′s. Naturally, I have returned many times since. Of course, there was concern from my family that I was traveling to far distant lands to accomplish snowboarding activities that no one had tried yet. Most people who have been enlightened in previous incarnations normally begin to regain their past-life enlightenment around the age of twenty-nine, when their astrological Saturn return takes place.

From the Far Eastern perspective, 29 is considered a very special age. Astrologically, at that age, you experience a Saturn return. It is
considered an auspicious time to “reboot” your life. It’s a chance to have a clean start and move forward into something very exciting. One day I was meditating on a cliff overlooking the ocean in Southern California and I was absorbed in a state of high meditation. As I came out of the meditation and became aware of the sense world the world around me I knew that I had a new name. And the name, of course, was Rama.

Rama is a fairly common name in India. It symbolizes an individual who is interested both in enlightenment and martial arts. I do not claim to have any past life connection with the historical Rama. It’s just a name I liked.I too have experienced the extreme pain of living, but I have also experienced some of its remarkable ecstasy. I am the happiest person I’ve ever met.  This is what Buddhist Yoga and a healthy dose of reading the Declaration of the Independence, The Constitution and the Federalist Papers and anything else I could get my hands on has given me. My happiness is dependent upon light. Since light is endless, then I’m bound to be happy always.

I studied with a number of different teachers. But really, I’ve never studied with teachers, to be honest. The only thing that’s ever
interested me in life is eternity. Nothing else makes any sense to me.I don’t believe in anything, yet I believe emphatically in almost
everything. It all depends on what seems appropriate at the time.I can assure you that next to my bed, there is always a copy of the
Dharmapada which I read from every night.I like extreme athletics, extreme meditation and extremely beautiful women. Perhaps I’m an extreme person, or it’s simply my Karma. But I must tell you, as if you hadn’t read about me in a newspaper or seen me on a magazine format television show, there are extreme risks involved with all three. I am a certified PADI Divemaster and a technical scuba diver. That is to say, I am involved with decompression diving where we dive to depths of 300 plus feet. But I was also recently certified for the Atlantis I rebreather, where we dive to shallower depths ranging from about 60-130 feet.

I dive all over the world: Fiji, Australia, the Caribbean, Hawaii, and many other places. When I dive, I dive into a different dimensional plane. I am not in this world anymore. Someone might see the body, but the spirit has left. It has gone everywhere or nowhere.I go snowboarding and scuba diving to get to places of power where I can more correctly perceive the still center of my own mind. I also
find that extreme athletics helps to clarify your mind.Interestingly enough after diving to 235 feet in Saba, I visited the Virgin Islands. There, as a pure Karmic coincidence, I met the inventor of the snowboard, Steve Sanders, Mr. Burton’s brother.

Master Fwap, who told me that snowboarding, or any activity could be improved by the practice of meditation. Since I had had previously some training in Korean martial arts, I was somewhat open to the idea.Love can be the only answer. But snowboarding also works for me. Because I love snowboarding! When I began to play Frisbee, I would play with my friends and we used to do difficult things. We would stand in front of lines of trees that were parallel. We would spend hours throwing frisbees back and forth
between these tight spots. Everybody deals with stress differently. Some people drink, some people use drugs, some people watch TV. I have always found that extreme athletics chills me out and leaves me in a very centered place. When I play sports, when I dance, when I teach mysticism, I cannot explain, even to myself, how I do what I do.

I like to shop. I don’t always buy things when I shop, but I think it’s fun to go out and look at the worlds of colors. I love to roam through supermarkets. I am a great lover of household products. I particularly like the packaging of cereal boxes. I do enjoy wearing Japanese and Italian clothing. I also enjoy my blue jeans or tennis shorts and running shoes. I like driving a Porsche because it is an elegant machine and it is a very beautiful experience to drive it. It’s magnificently made. I do have a staff of what some people would consider to be very attractive, chic women. They are not on the staff because they are attractive and chic but because they care about the welfare of others. Sexuality, I think, is a little bit different, for me, than it is for  most people, in that there’s almost no body awareness whatsoever. It’s just light, but that’s how everything is for me. I like to be weird, kinky, straight, in and out, up and down. I like to blow up people’s expectations, create them, destroy them, and dissolve them. It is fun.

I believe it should be the legal right of any woman who wants to have an abortion to have one. From the spiritual point of view, I don’t see a problem with abortion in that the soul doesn’t usually take incarnation until the last month before birth, sometimes not even until the moment of birth. I’m an observer of life. I like to watch people, and I like to watch cactus, I like to talk to mountains and communicate with my friends in the other spheres and dimensions. In my travels, I have found two peoples, the Tibetans and the Fijians, who don’t seem to have this problem. Their closeness with their environment, their religions, and their relationships with each other and nature make them feel part of everything.

I have several Scottish Terriers. I find them to be the most wonderful dogs. If you’re interested in matching your mind with the most intelligent kind of beast I have ever encountered, get yourself a Scotty dog. He’ll get bored very fast, and it will require all of your personal power and intelligence to keep up with him. You might find a good friend. I have found that meditation has helped me with my academic career and has given me insights into musical composition and software design. I can play the guitar, the dulcimer, the piano, and the drums. However, I am not a “performance quality” musician. Rather, I am a composer and a producer. I am a producer of both rock and New Age music, I generally like all categories of music. In particular, I enjoy Ozzy’s stage presence. The music is used as a backdrop. I take the kundalini and I play against the notes with it. I do a light show inwardly and outwardly with the energy, with the vortexes of energy as you sit there. It’s no big deal. It’s just what I do.

Zazen’s music is composed in other dimensions and it is played by some of my students. I go through the music they have played with my aura and wash out anything impure. Miramar, my recording company has decided in March to offer a compilation of my music for snowboarding, which will have the same cover as the book does. My own musical background is based in the blues, and in classical
composition. I grew up listening to Muddy Waters, John Coltrane, Miles Davis, Beethoven and Bach. I go to the movies. I absolutely love film. Some of the films that I have really enjoyed include: The Fifth Element, The Crow, Toys, Seven, Forrest Gump, The Lion King, 12 Monkeys, Doctor Zhivago, Being There, and Trainspotting. I saw “Forrest Gump” several times. I personally thought it was Tom
Hanks’ greatest role and I think it was one of the most eloquent love stories of our time. There are so many talented people in film today. There seem to be poor scripts, but the actors and actresses are very talented. There are so many to pick from that any list that I give you will be inadequate.

Marlon Brando, Jack Nicholson, Sean Connery and Robert Redford, Mel Gibson – at least in the Road Warrior films – and Harrison Ford are among my favorite actors. Meryl Streep, Jane Fonda, Sally Field, Deborah Winger, Jessica Lange, and of course, Shirley MacLaine, are among the women. Meryl Streep is expert at only using the requisite amount of energy to express her character, not an ounce too little or too much.  She’s Zen and doesn’t know she’s Zen. That’s very Zen! I think that was E.T.’s central appeal, personally. E.T. is this
metaphorical journey, this strange Odysseus from another world, who just wants to go home. Obviously, home must’ve been better!

I have found in the world of film many movies including Beyond Rangoon, The Crow, Gandhi, Doctor Zhivago, and The Big Blue, a French film, convey similar understandings. I’m sure the list is endless. These are just a few of my favorites. I have been sought out by a number of people who would have felt uncomfortable coming to a large public meditation. They don’t want people to come up and ask for autographs. There have been times when I’ve made special arrangements to meet people in music, film, business or politics, and I’ll continue to do so if the people are sincere. If they’re not sincere, then naturally I’ll turn them down. But if what they want is to gain power and use it for a higher good, I’ll help them. Then they merit some special consideration.

Powerful people affect many others and if I can in some way contribute to their awareness, they will put out better energy to millions and millions of people. if I can have an effect on influential women and men, if they seek me out because they are interested in self knowledge and the fun of meditating, then I’m glad to help. That’s why I’m here. I’m only here for a while, so I’d like to do what I can.Interestingly enough, Aurthur C. Clarke once autographed a copy of his book “Rendezvous with Rama” for me. I am a lot of different things to a lot of different people. Aren’t we all? I teach meditation to many different types of people, you mentioned celebrities. I also teach meditation to many people who are not famous, but are, in my eyes, very important.

One of my greatest personal heroes is Jerry Lopez. When you can snowboard like he surfs, you’ll be there! In writing Snowboarding to Nirvana I have intentionally written an inspirational spiritual adventure  story, which will hopefully provide people with metaphysical techniques, spiritual knowledge, hope  and a brighter view of life. I have had several offers to make the book into a film. I don’t know if
the message could be accurately transmitted, and so I have been somewhat hesitant in granting film rights.Since I have spent many years of my life living in Los Angeles, and since I’m also in the music business, I know that much more is talked about in Los Angeles than ever really occurs.

I took the liberty in Snowboarding to Nirvana to do a type of parody of what I  suppose you would call “New Age fiction.” While I am writing about the details of my own intimate encounters and journeys in America and the  Far East. I have chosen to parody the writing styles of Carlos Castaneda, James Redfield, Richard Bach, Lynn Andrews, and  several other best-selling new age authors. I enjoy the writings of all of these authors and they have been very inspirational for me. But I  think that it is important as writers of
metaphysical, New Age, occult fiction and nonfiction to not  take ourselves too seriously.

In both Surfing the Himalayas and Snowboarding to Nirvana, I have tried to transmit as best I could the spirit of humor, and the sense of humor of the monks I have encountered.I think perhaps the greatest book ever written was Ulysses by James Joyce. In one particular chapter  in Ulysses, James Joyce imitates every major writing style that’s been used by English and American writers over the last 700 years – starting with Beowulf and Chaucer and working his way up through  the Renaissance, the Victorian era and on into the 20th century. He managed to do this ‘tour de force’ of styles without ever breaking the narrative structure of the chapter he was writing. It is the most brilliant parody of writing styles that I have ever read.

Throughout the course of my life, I have been very fortunate to have had excellent teachers — not just in meditation, but in martial arts, music, scuba diving, and in my academic education. Every person I’ve known has had an effect on me, as have people whom
I’ve not met in the physical in this life, but whom I’ve met inwardly, teachers from other eras – Sri Ramana Maharshi, Sri Ramakrishna and Lao Tse. If you ever come to one of my seminars, you will notice I have volunteer workers. When I work with individuals like that, I expect a level of excellence displayed. Everything has to be done perfectly.

My particular focus at the moment is on the development of genetic algorithms and neural networks that work together to create computer architectural systems. I design genetic algorithms, neural network and artificial intelligence systems. I develop artificially intelligent technologies, along with educational and game software and let the business people take it where they will. Most of the software I sell runs on mainframes and supercomputers, and is used by multinational corporations and governments. You may not get
to see that, but if I have done it properly, hopefully it will make the events in your life transpire more smoothly.I am involved in the creation of software, and I’m also in the music business.

Whenever I work with anyone, it is an opportunity for them to become more professional and do something for someone else. My feeling is that drugs and alcohol take away from the pure experience of meditation. That does not mean that occasionally, a person couldn’t have a glass of wine or a drink. I personally, only work with people in my business who show excellence. I have a business, the business of enlightenment. I only work with professionals. I don’t mean at seminars, but in my business. I am Western and I see no need or reason to change that. The Western  lifestyle has many things to offer, as do the Eastern methods of self discovery. I think blending the two is very desirable.

I don’t think people should be primarily concerned with money or material success. They should be concerned with doing that which is right and being in harmony with the way of life. It is my experience that if a person practices self discovery with
intent, they will be successful. Success is an outer sign that they are channeling energy correctly. I believe that it is the responsibility of everyone in corporate life to help with the funding of non-profit organizations.

My favorite cause is the enlightenment of others. I think that is the best place to put money. You get the highest yield in terms of karma on your money. I can throw a great party, but I don’t know how to go to one. I can throw a party because when you throw a party you just work all the time. But I could never go to a party because I wouldn’t know what to do…I’d immediately find the kitchen and start to serve food. I am simply a human being who is fascinated by the life process. If I had my choice I’d hang out anywhere. I mean, it doesn’t matter. It’s all God, it’s all the same. There’s only nirvana for the enlightened.”

Who Was Rama? – Rama the Teacher – Quotations by Zen Master Rama, Dr. Frederick Lenz

Zen Master Rama, Dr. Frederick Lenz: “If you think it makes a difference if I have ten thousand sports cars, ten million girlfriends and lead a very flashy life…I don’t think you should work with any teacher because you don’t know what it is all about yet. I’m a Zen Master. I’m an occult teacher. I teach people how to become that, how to be perfect. I think the most miraculous thing is learning. I get out of the way and let the students learn. Then you get to watch this amazing thing happen. I am a teacher because teaching allows me to observe the universe at work, that moment when wakefulness suddenly occurs. While I am here I would like to experience as many of the beauties of the world as possible and help others to do the same.

Since there were others, a long time ago, who were kind enough to give me a hard time and allow me to study with them, I try and express the same Buddhist courtesy. I just felt that it was my responsibility, since so many people had taken the time to help me along, to do the same for others. I teach meditation and the pathway to enlightenment because I know that there are other people who, like I did a long time ago and continue to, want to climb that mountain to the highest light. I don’t believe in anything, yet I believe emphatically in almost everything. It all depends on what seems appropriate at the time. I am an expert in the world of the supremely happy because I am happy. I’ve never met anybody as happy as I am. That, in itself, should make you unhappy. I personally have fun with enlightenment, the study and the teaching of it. I get a kick out of doing it different ways because I don’t think there is a “way”.

I have often discussed the Four Noble Truths and the Eight Fold Path in talks I have given about meditation. But, since I also teach Hindu, Buddhist, and Taoist mediation, I have a very eclectic approach to the subject. One evening you may learn about enlightenment, koans, meditation and personal power. I may discuss contemporary cinema, how to shop at a mall without losing energy, how to use the power of mind to increase career and academic success, the Zen of sports, reincarnation, karma, sex, the experience of “suchness” or a new book by Stephen King. I teach Zen, tantric mysticism, jnana yoga, bhakti yoga, Tibetan mysticism, occultism and psychic development. I also teach poetry and literature, film and many other different things. I am very interested in the enlightenment of women. Very few teachers of advanced self discovery work with women, and if they do it’s usually in a very second handed way. They treat women as second class citizens. While I enjoy teaching people on the basic and intermediate levels to work them up to advanced levels, my real talent is for the advanced students. You could say that I’m like a ninth-degree black belt in martial arts. The way advanced meditation is taught, the way I teach it, the way all enlightened people teach it, is through transference. We transfer light and power to someone else.

Transmission does not have to take place physically. The student doesn’t have to be sitting across from you. But it’s easier if they are because the vibration of the teacher is strongest in the physical proximity of the teacher. Many of the people I work with I’ve worked with in other lifetimes. I moved to California because I knew that many of my students from past lives were in California. I’ll go to a city, a school, and give a lecture because I can feel someone there. I inwardly see first their is someone there who is waiting. Where they’ll show up or not, I don’t know. That depends upon many factors.. I was a traditional teacher for a time, but my students would ride the energy. I wanted to free people not give them a placebo. I can take an individual and I can change their awareness. That’s easy. But how long will it last? Their whole life will begin to shift, from their first physical contact with you. Sometimes their immediate reaction is to want to run away because they realize inwardly that the transpositions their life will go through will be remarkable, change everything.

Part of them has grown very attached to a certain way of life. I’ve moved a lot of my students into a high state of mind, but they don’t do the things I have shown them how to do. So then, they drop down into a lower stage of attention. Some come to a teacher for power. They still have all the desires, angers and jealousies of an unevolved person. Consequently, they become destructive both to themselves and to others. I no longer teach meditation, only software design. I’d love to find some people to teach advanced meditation to. I’ve been looking for many years. There are a few around. Once in a while I run into another one. It’s a very limited league at this time, in this world. When someone says to me “I want to be enlightened.” I immediately take a vacation because I know that the person isn’t serious. If I ever write an autobiography about teaching meditation in the West, I’ll call it “Pissing In the Wind – Teaching Buddhism in America”. It’s very funny.

People do not want to achieve liberation or be happy. This is the basic guideline they teach you in spiritual training school. People love misery, they love to feel sorry for themselves and they definitely don’t want to be enlightened. That’s the first thing they tell you at boot camp, in the higher worlds. Don Juan in the teachings of Carlos Castaneda makes the same point. You have to fool people into seeking knowledge. People will not do it of their own volition. There are some great stories in The Second Ring of Power about how Don Juan and Don Genaro found their apprentices and what they went through to fool their students into seeking light. I’ve never met anyone who’s serious about enlightenment. The next best thing is to work with those who are not quite there yet to bring them up to that level. If you want to be liberated, if you choose to be what I am, then you’ve chosen freedom. You can do this. That’s my sole purpose in life is to sit here today and tell you that you can do this, in any life. You can do this in one of your past lives, in a future life, or right now. I prefer now. I select people to work more closely when they are prepared to, and I see that. They don’t have to tell me. I know. I will give them a task of some type, and that task becomes the koan between us. A teacher had two types of students. One type of student is a close student. The other is also a close student, but not in the sense of physical proximity. The close students rotate a lot. Most of the teaching I do is not verbal.

It’s in every movement of my body. It’s in my dance. It’s in the way I lift a glass of water. It’s in my voice tone. It’s in every aspect of my life – because it isn’t my life any more. When I sit with my students and meditate with them, I channel the kundalini directly into them. I bring them to plane after plane of consciousness. What they would do in 100 years of meditation, I can do in an hour with them. The kundalini comes in two primary forms when it comes forward from a spiritual teacher. The highest octave kundalini is the golden light which occurs in the supraconscious; it is the supraconscious. It’s what they call Sat Chit Ananda – existence, consciousness, bliss…full consciousness. The mystical kundalini is very different. It is a much more intense transformative energy which, when used, allows a person to make tremendous spiritual leaps in a short period of time. The mystical kundalini is something that I normally use when we’re on field trips, when we go to a place of power.

The mystical kundalini is aided by that place. For most persons, the mystical kundalini energy is easier to initially perceive, unless you’re extremely sensitive. It’s more of a rush, a flash. There’s an electric quality to it, a burning heat. There’s lower mystical kundalini and higher mystical kundalini; there’s ranges within the range. The mystical kundalini energy has some, I don’t know if you’d call them limitations, but there are certain operational factors which you should understand about it. When you are subjected to this light, depending on how strong the dose is, you will have two or three days in which you can make tremendous changes within your self, in the structure of your being. This light unglues the formation and structure of the being for a certain period of time. It will reassemble automatically.

After two or three days, the door will close and you will not be able to make those changes as easily. A human being can only absorb a small amount of the mystical kundalini, you can be exposed again and again to it, but it won’t really make a difference. The higher octave light that comes from samadhi, the kundalini of samadhi, this you can absorb continuously. You can never overload. It can never hurt you. Neither is detrimental, but the mystical kundalini is a bit more raucous. Not all teachers utilize both forms of light. In certain circles, those teachers who can manifest the light of samadhi but not the mystical light have put down the mystical light. They have said this is a lower level. Ridiculous! They’re really both the same light, just two different forms. If you had to pick between one or the other, I can’t say which one is better, but I would certainly say, in my orientation, the light of samadhi is all-pervasive. Samadhi will free you. Samadhi is the highest octave spiritual light. Not the best, but the highest octave.

Who Was Rama? – Rama the Buddha- Quotations by Zen Master Rama, Dr. Frederick Lenz

There are beings that descend from other cosmic cycles that drop by for a while. Humankind has no idea what existence is, at this stage. They’re all dreaming; they’re all asleep. Once in a great while a fully awakened one is here, observes everybody is sleeping and leaves, quietly. There are different worlds, endless worlds, and different beings come from different worlds. In my particular case, I come from the stillness, that world. We call it the dharmakaya, the clear light of reality. I know it quite well.

I am billions of years old. I don’t come from this earth. I come from another world far away. Some of you have been there also in one life or another. You see that star? The world I come from is just a little to the left and further up. I travel from world to world, teach as I go, fighting battles with the forces that prevent enlightenment. I’m part of an ancient tribe of guardian beings who have a particular
job in the universe. We keep the dimensional planes open. We guard the secret power places that exist between the dimensions. We send our beings out, and they incarnate in a world, some physically, some not physically.

The network of enlightenment is a group of beings who travel through time and space and dimensions together. It’s really one being, but it divides itself into countless forms and winds its way throughout the universes. I come from the plane of unity and the plane of enlightenment. And I’ve come into this world, into the world of diversity, to talk about unity. What world is this? They gave me a travel brochure. I’ll never use that travel agent again. What a place! What an incarnation! I don’t know about you but I am getting out of here soon.

God, Atlantis was only yesterday…let alone Los Angeles. Remember that incarnation in Los Angeles? To think I was on the Phil Donahue Show, talking about reincarnation. What a place to be born into! This is my last incarnation on Earth. I’m trying to get all my old students out with me. I’ve had it. That’s the score. Who am I? I am enlightenment. I come from a place far, far from here.
Far not so much in a geographical sense; it’s a sense of awareness. I live in a world where there is nothing but the miraculous. There is
nothing but continuous light. There is nothing but continuous perfection. That is the world of enlightenment.

I have been enlightened for a long time. In each incarnation, I come into the world to be of service to beings who seek knowledge,
empowerment, and enlightenment. The first time I experienced Tantric Buddhism in this lifetime was when I was a child. I was sitting outside in our backyard on a summer day and suddenly the whole world dissolved before my eyes and I found myself in a timeless world of light. It didn’t seem at all unusual or strange.

I know a lot of secrets. I think that is because I have been around a very, very, very long time, a lot longer than you! You learn a few
things in those tens of thousands of millions of lifetimes. I’d like to pass a few on to you. I can fulfill wishes you can’t even imagine, and do all the time. Most people don’t have very large wishes. They’re very mundane so they don’t tax me even, with the powers that I have. Because I am enlightened, I can directly see the essence of anything I choose. I can know its perfection with just a little bit of study.

People wonder sometimes why I can do certain things with energy and light and appearances. My answer is obviously I realize that this is a ridiculous dream I’m in.  Since I realize it, I can probably do just about anything I’m in the mood to do. All of the experiences that all beings throughout all universes have ever had or will ever have cannot possibly equal what I feel in limitless mind because they are all limited experiences and transient planes of awareness. Within milliseconds I shift through thousands of planes of reality.
Seeing and experiencing them? No, not really, being each one.  For a moment, I am that awareness.   Then I am another awareness and then another awareness.

I’ve lived in worlds where there are three or four suns. We had incredible sunsets, beautiful. But they weren’t more beautiful than
here, if my mind is more beautiful in each life. I live in worlds that you don’t understand. My mind is one with eternity. Where I come from there are no sunrises and sunsets, there are no todays and tomorrows and yesterdays. There’s none of this. There’s no duality. It’s a timeless, perfect, extant, non-bonding reality. I have gone through the process of enlightenment. Thousands and thousands of times I have been cast into the white light of eternity, dissolved, re-formed. I am that stateless state.

Yes I say that I am enlightened. What does that mean? It means I live in a condition of light.  There really is no primary self anymore. A few years ago the thought came that I was an incarnation of Vishnu. I treated that thought as I treat all thoughts; I pushed it away and continued to meditate, until this morning when Eternity gave me my new name. I am not the Rama who was alive many years ago. Rather I am an incarnation of that type of energy which in Hindu mythology is associated with Vishnu.

We’re at the end of a cycle. At this time, Vishnu takes incarnation as a person.  Vishnu is that aspect of God that preserves and protects
life. Rama is the last incarnation of Vishnu. I am Rama, the last incarnation of Vishnu. You people think that I am a person, but I am not.  Over the years I watched my various selves fade away. Gods and goddesses are not what people think they are. Their names are
terms with which we try to convey a certain experience, a state of consciousness. I want to make an important point now. It’s critical that you understand that I am not special and that what’s happening to me is not special. It just is. If you don’t understand this very important point, then you’ll be taken out by what I’ve told you and exaggerate its meaning all out of proportion.

The molecular structure of my body had changed and keeps changing. I’m not solid any more. Nirvikalpa samadhi, it just happened to me…and not to me. There are moments of mindlessness in meditation. There are feelings and scenes that cannot be described in words. The universe spills through me; it dances through me. Only about a tenth of the powers have returned. More come back every
day. Twice last week I walked on water. If I believed there was a physical, I could not do this. It’s like gliding. You walk just above the physical. Only walk or live this way if you have a terrific love for existence. Then you can walk on anything.

This is not because I am so great or so wonderful; it’s just the way it works. I’m not particularly great nor am I particularly wonderful, yet I’m capable of doing some very interesting things. I am no longer a single individual. Naturally we can do amazing things as we extend ourselves into the super-consciousness. We are not longer human in the sense that we can do impossible things, impossible from the eyes of those who still don’t know their own limitlessness. I have nothing against inter-dimensional travel, as a matter of fact, I do it frequently. But I learned to do it safely and correctly. Who am I? No one knows. I would never show anyone who I was or what I
am. I have been around the universe too long for that. Let’s just say that I am someone who has come into this world for a while, like we all have.

Only a part of me will go back to Los Angeles, a larger part of me will remain in the desert.  When you no longer have desires or attachments to this world, you should look for me out here in the desert. One day you will be like I am. You can’t tell yourself from God. There is no difference anymore. You become existence. You have merged back with the source. Yet you will still be a person with eternity expressing itself though you as a person. So this is Rama once again, out the door and into another state of mind, slipping and sliding between realities, stepping through those inter-dimensional vortex points, somehow coming out as someone else on
the other side.

I comprise multitudes, even though some days I can hardly add or subtract, and you think it’s all so great! You’re right; it’s all
great. Perfect attention, there is nothing else. All of these words are ridiculous. They don’t describe the fathomless wonder of what infinite mind is like. These are the secret teachings. Now you understand why they are kept
secret. No one would take them seriously!

The most complete analysis of nature yet devised

The Shiva Sutra is the most complete analysis of nature yet devised. According to tradition, the Shiva Sutra was dictated by the Lord Shiva himself to Vasagupta, who wrote it down for posterity. According to the agamas, this sutra was lost due to the long passage of time, and because of the Kali Yuga, which has made people’s memories very short, the knowledge contained in it is now beyond man’s normal comprehension. However, in this century, the essence of the Shiva Sutra was discovered by Maharishi and apparently, by the Laksmanjoo, of Srinagar, Kashmere, who has explained the Shiva Sutra to our understanding. So much for the facts.

Kashmere Shivaism is based on the Shiva Sutra; it describes Reality as alternating phases of activity and transcendental rest, called Pralaya in Sanskrit. The purpose of the Shiva Sutra is to preserve for man the principle of the Transcendental Person in the literature called the Tantras. Kashmere Shivism accepts the fundamental premise that Pure Conciousness is the substance of the universe. However, it differs from the Samkhya and Vedanta systems in its interpretation of the three basic problems.
What three?

1) What is the nature of the Ultimate Reality;
2) What is the Cause of its first movement;
3) What is the Nature of its manifest form?

When studied in detail, according to Theos Bernard, “Kasmere Saivism provides the most complete analysis of Nature yet devised by any system of Indian philosophy.” However, according to the Shiva Sutra, human logic can never construct
an unassailable monism; final proof can be had only by the experience of Samadhi, attained through mantric meditation.

One of those scientific article thingies on meditation

Happiness and enthusiasm, and joy – they show up as increased activity on the left side near the front of the cortex. Anxiety,
sadness – on the right. Davidson has found this pattern in infants as young as 10 months, in toddlers, teens and adults. Davidson tested more than 150 ordinary people to see what parts of their brains were most active.  Some were a little more active on the left. Some were a little more active on the right. A few were quite far to the right. They would probably be called depressed. Others were quite far to the left, the sort of people who feel “life is great.” So there was a range. Then Davidson tested a monk. He was so far to the left he was right off the curve. That was one happy monk.

Locus of control psychology says that, a mentally healthy person is someone who feels they are in control of their life, and emotions.
That is, the more out of control you feel your life or emotions are, the more crazy you are on the inside. So if you think and feel you have very good control over how you feel, and the outer factors that correspond to how you feel, your health, diet
and life etc- you have a high level of mental health.

That’s why I feel it’s very important to gain complete control over your life and destiny- from the inside through to the outside.  Otherwise you’re a victim of your environment, circumstances or “karma” like a trash can being blown around by the wind, instead of designing your own life.

I believe that your outer world is a mirror of your inner world.  So to make outer changes, it’s mainly about the person you have to become within. Also negative people can make you sick. Did you know that serotonin is one of the brain chemicals of love and support?  When you feel loved and supported serotonin is produced which flows through your lymbic system (emotional brain)
relaxing it.

There are 3 main variable factors that determine healthy brain chemistry.  These are diet, exercise, and the quality of relationships.  Your job is to tweak these to an optimum level.

Ask Yourself: What Do I want?

The most important question to ask yourself is, “What do I want?” It means asking this at the highest level of your desires. There may be many things you want in the external world, but here you want to have a key principle that you, yourself are seeking at the deepest level of the inner chamber of your heart. It needs to be your word, not just that of somebody else, something that was read in some
book, or is popular in the culture. If you say you want meditation, enlightenment, Self-realization, or to know God, when that word or phrase does not really excite you personally, deeply, then it will not serve you at all. You will just be parroting something you feel you are supposed to be wanting, even though you really don’t.

Choose a keyword for yourself, some word or phrase that really captures the spirit of what you are longing for. It’s probably hidden
deep in the inner world, underneath all of the seemingly countless other desires and words that have been programmed in as acceptable, proper desires. It’s a longing that has been there a long time, a very long time. It was probably there in early childhood. It was with you in adolescence. It is still there. But what do you call it? What is that single word or phrase that draws you back to that felt
longing.

Just by having that word or phrase drift through your mind field, that deep memory is no longer latent, but stirs in wakefulness with a
passion in the heart. There is a certainty about the purpose of life that suddenly emerges with clarity. Find that keyword that works for you and never, ever let it go. Write it on little notes around your house; maybe even on your arm, under your shirt. Be innovative in the ways you constantly remind yourself of this one keyword that captures the highest level of what you want out of life. It is your word, your phrase.

It may contain the many other lesser ways of saying the goal of life, or the steps along the way, but this one, this keyword or phrase
pulls you, draws you to the stance where you know who you are and you know where you are going. How to get there will emerge, on its own, through effort, and remembering your own keyword that captures the highest answer to the question, “What do I want?”

Where CHAKRAS involved! And AWAKENING! And PRATYAHARA

Almost every sadhaka talks about chakras, and they try to explain what these are about. The fact that everything we see or hear or touch is a part that we have no information regarding its WHOLENESS. Take any news bulletin on TV or on radio, it is the result of which previous parts are within the darkness.

When we even talk about a tree,we see it within our mind as the part of the tree on the ground. No one sees it all the way including its roots under the soil. Examples can be many. And  we also do the samething for ourselves, we think that we know what we like, what we dislike, what we can do, or what we can`t do. These are all correct, but these are only parts that we know for  ourselves. The amount we know  for ourselves is like a glass of water comparing to the water within the oceans. So  what we know about ourselves are only
 very less part of ourselves.

The rest stays within the darkness. So this is where CHAKRAS come out! When chakras charged thru PRANA, most of us can not feel the pure energy acting thru these chakras. But unconsciously  there are thoughts or feelings related to these energies within the chakras. We might be very angry or very disappointed, or we might be very pleased, very happy. It all depends the energy involved within the chakras. These feelings actually are due to, our previous conditionings, our cultural ideas or our environments, shortly these feelings are due to our characters.

These chakras are like MAPS of our conciousness. Now if we say that –I AM NOT ANGRY, but I FEEL AN ANGER,  this sort of illumination helps us to transform the energy within the related chakra and we are free from the anger easily!!! This is actual PRATYAHARA. You may check it next time when you feel any sort of feeling. Don`t say that YOU ARE SUCH,SUCH, BUT SAY THAT YOU  FEEL SUCH AN FEELING. So when chakras are subject matter, we should understand that these are the switches enabling us to turn the energy into a different action. And this is a sort of  SLEEPING,if we want to AWAKEN to this ENERGY, WE SHOULD TRY
CHAKRAS to this respect.

Divine Alchemy Energy Class – On-line

If you prune a plant, then beautiful things can grow! This work also will change your energy treatments forever, because as you embrace the fact that you are a Divine Being of Light, the energy that flows through you to others is simply amazing. It is a blissful,
powerful experience like no other. As you go through each meditation and exercise, you will walk deeper and deeper into the energy. I will share with you the tools that I learned, and when the class is over, you will continue working with the tools to develop an even deeper relationship with the energy. The energy is Alive! It is Alive! It is simply waiting for us to become conscious that it doesn’t need to come from outside of ourselves….it is Within….a seed waiting to sprout and grow into an amazing flower.

April Class
This will be an innovative, challenging and amazing class that will begin in April, and it will be the first class that I have taught to a group of people. I will be offering two versions of this class, which I describe below, so they will be the Core Classes of this style of working with energy. We are going to go about energy work on a different path. Rather than going through an attunement, we will workfrom the premise that we are already Divine Beings of Light and that our Divinity is simply clouded by all of our emotions and the sea of suffering. From this point, we will do several exercises to help us uncover our Authentic Selves through various exercises, so we canidentify when we are not operating from our true Divinity. This will help you tremendously in all of your relationships, with issues you are struggling with within, and help you live a more fulfilled and happy life.

We will then learn how to embody and channel the Divine energy by doing several different types of meditations. For instance we will: First we will learn different techniques on how to strengthen your Ka or Energy Body. Your Energy Body is often refered to as the Etheric Double, and it is very important that this is strengthened. This will help you in many different aspects of your life, including you meditation, relationships, treatments and your connection with All That Is.
Fear controls all of our lives, all of our choices, convincing us to stay within a certain area. Many of us feel like a caged lion pacing
back and forth in the same rut every single day, and looking out at all of the things we wish we could do. Fear clouds our Divinity, and
convinces us that it isn’t there because on some level we aren’t good enough. We will do a lot of work on how to embrace our Authentic Self and transform our fears through exercises that will create proactive tools.
Rejection is a plague in this world. One day, somewhere in our lives, somebody rejected us for the first time, and we interpreted this as not being good enough. We live within the trance of Rejection, and this is another issue that we will focus upon…how to transform this through awareness and compassion. Each planet in our Solar System holds lessons for us, they all represent certain aspects of our Selves that we need to face, that we need to accept, so healing energy can move in and transform these different aspects. Thus, we can live a freer life. For instance, Saturn who is the Ancient One, the Old Man Time with his scythe and crutch. Saturn is crippled for a very good reason: he is the slowest planet in our Galaxy. Saturn represents a stubborn, materialistic and melancholic temperament. In relationships, Saturn can create passive aggressiveness. Another instance is Jupiter, which represents physical cravings, focus upon monetary gain, and concerns with outward appearances. Jupiter also represents a lack of emotion in favor of being very practical…In other words, the times when we completely shut down emotionally and only operate from our heads, so nobody can hurt us. We will work through each planet and how they energetically affect our lives.
We will also do chakra work and focus upon Soul injuries that affect each chakra, thus keeping us from experiencing our true divinity. Soul loss is recorded in each chakra, each of them containing the keys to emotional freedom and expressing our true divinity, and we will work through each chakra to learn ways in which we can restore our Power. Work through the seven steps of Alchemy towards inner Transformation, which are: Calcination, Dissolution, Separation, Conjunction, Fermentation, Distillation, and Coagulation. Each step of Inner Alchemy will bring you closer to your true Divinity. These steps will truly change your life forever, and they are tools that you can use every day!
Work with an ancient Isis meditation in different steps to gently bring you into it, because it involves the raising of energy similar to
Kundalini. We will also learn how to do a meditation that helps you surrender your Ego, so you can become a clear channel for the energy to flow through you to all in need. We will explore ways to unite your Divinity with the Divine Energy of the female and masculine energies. Of course we will discuss the ethics of doing treatments, and what to do if you come across any problems. We will also discuss how to do a basic treatment if you have never done any type of energy work before. As we go through all of these steps, you will go through full body initiations that happen spontaneously as you remove the clutter from your true divinity. You will not be dependent upon me for your attunements. Rather, as you progress closer and closer to your Authentic Self, Your True Divinity, you will experience beautiful energy shifts. You will become more expansive and find a type of freedom you never though possible.
If you already work with Reiki or other energy systems, this class will only enhance and strengthen your connection with those energy systems.
